Absolutely nothing compares to the customer service my fiancé and I encountered tonight. We ordered 4 things and were told it would only take 20 minutes, well it’s been an hour and we called them and they told us that our order would be heading out the door in 10 minutes. Definitely never ordering from here again

I frequently order pizza from this location. today's experience was very poor. ordered a pizza and told 30-40 min to deliver.it arrived 1 hr and 17 min later. we are 3.5 miles from the dominoe's location.Pizza was no longer warm.called to complain and told " the app had issues today and we got backed up "I feel this situation should be prevented in the future. at the very least a refund or a coupon provided for future pizza.

Probably ordered from here like 50 times and it’s smacked like 95% of the time. Don’t like this new thing that they’re doing to avoid the 2 minute guarantee for car side delivery but it’s fine because they always get there pretty fast.
They were offering a special buy at least 2 large pizzas with 2 toppings for 11.00 each.so I got 4 large pizzas with 2 toppings per pizza for the guys at work .but when they showed up they had charged my card 18.00 each. So I called to get it straightend up and they said she didn't know how to put the credit back on my card and I was just had out of 28.00. Never ever will I buy anything from domino's

Westerly Parkway has Literally the worst soggiest pizza I’ve ever had from a dominos. General manager gave me the go around and was extremely rude when I asked for a refund. He told me he would take my name and number for the owners to get back to me the next week because only they can give refunds. Never heard from the owners 2weeks later. Anyways don’t support this place or the corporation as a whole. Hopefully they close. N atherton has better pizza/service anyways

I ordered delivery tonight and after waiting approximately 45 minutes I received a phone call from domino's asking for my address and this confused me because I had ordered through the app the same as two weeks prior with my address being the same. The guy on the phone accused me twice of ordering my food to be delivered to the store they were located and told me my address was invalid 3 times. Finally he said yep we will have it to you asap ..... one hour later I got my domino's cold and mangled and tasteless. Thanks domino's you suck will not order again!!!!

Worst service I’ve ever received. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks from here to the dorms because I missed dinner in the dining hall. Order was placed at 9:20 and I was told it would be 45-55 minutes. 2 hours later at 11:20pm my food finally arrived. I called multiple times and never got a real worker, just an automated bot. When I told the delivery driver this, I didn’t get so much as a blink and definitely not an apology. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Save your money or order from the one off Atherton. This one SUCKS!
The rudest male employee I have ever encountered!! Ordered 12 Brooklyn style pizzas two days early for an event and went in to pick them up. The pizza maker said that our order was a "PITA". I said, what? He said "yes, like really." He huffed and said that "they require three times the baking time and so management is discouraging people from ordering them" (which was not the case when I ordered them via phone). I said "Wow, I thought you would have appreciated the business," to which he responded by showing me a pizza on the counter and said we have plenty of business. I walked out with my pizzas and assured him we would never be back!

Sitting here 1 hour and 42 minutes after ordering online. Was quoted 45-50 minutes. Trying to call in to cancel the order, but I've been on hold for 16 minutes now. I'll tip the delivery guy when he arrives, but will be denying the cold order. Not his fault they are understaffed. Disappointing to say the least.
