I’m a dasher and went in on 1/17 to pick up an order, upon arrival the lady working said the fryers were still heating up and she was so apologetic. It was 7 in the morning, so no complaints on my end. I definitely understand the struggles of opening up businesses. We chatted a little bit and she was so sweet! I got donuts during the wait and as always, delicious! I was so impressed by the experience and will always be glad to do business with them 🩵 thank you so much to that woman for helping my day start out great!!

Normally I’m not one to leave a bad review, but I ordered doughnuts at 3:35p, it’s now 5:00p and my order is still not done. Staff does not check active orders coming in, moves at 0.05x speed, and then forgets some of the orders that they have. Mind you, then have 4 active employees, but only one is out here doing work. Truly unbelievable. I’d request a refund but it would probably take me 30 business days to receive it.

Cute little donut shop in downtown State College PA. High quality donuts, among the best I've ever had, as good as Voodoo Donuts. Donuts are served warm/hot. The maple bacon donut is great. Coffee is very good but not as hot as I'd have liked. Service was friendly.

Loved the donuts loved the frappe , they even give you a voucher for parking if parking in the garage . (We obviously didn’t know until we were leaving) the girls who serviced did it with a smile , the skinny blonde was super sweet and made sure to let us know about the parking . Can’t wait to go back , I won’t buy donuts anywhere else 🥰

There was nothing about this place that wasn’t phenomenal ! The girls greeted us with a smile , were gracious with us as it was our first time and we had to learn the menu . The donuts were out of this world !! We will be back again can’t wait !!

Duck donuts provides a made to order donut option which provides a lot of freedom and exploration to the experience. I went with the classic glazed donut because I am a simple guy, and it was quite nice and fresh. However it might honestly be a little too fresh, for my liking, but a nice warm donut can be nice.
The service is incredible and the woman who was working there was so kind and helpful! I cannot emphasize this enough, she was so nice!
The atmosphere is a little hit or miss but they have some decent areas outside to sit.
Overall this is a good spot for a fresh donut!

OMG, best donut I’ve ever tried! 😍 It was super fluffy, soft, and made fresh right in front of me you can taste the difference. Absolutely delicious and worth every bite!
The only downside is the store itself was extremely hot inside. It was uncomfortable to stand there for too long, and honestly I felt bad for the workers having to be in that heat all day. I really hope they improve the air or ventilation because the donuts are amazing and deserve the perfect environment. 🍩✨

Donuts were put together very sloppy with loads of cross contamination. Saw lady in the back without gloves on drop my ice cream that fell on the counter and put it back in the container. Proceeded to wipe her hands on her face. Very gross and wouldn’t come back again in the future.
