This Dunkin location is overly inconsistent. Sometimes the coffee is good, sometimes it tastes burnt. The breakfast sandwiches are ok, but the bread comes a little burnt. However, when the coffee and food are good, it's not a bad location (conveniently located across from the Penn State campus).

A lady on the counter was so rude for no reason, and it was morning time with no other customers. They also asked 1$ for a little cup of tap water for kids. Ridiculous!
The girl with long bleached hair is so rude, disrespectful and always argue with customers about orders though she doesnât take order notes seriously. This field is not for rude, impolite and non serious people.

Guy cleaning was very creepy. Only 3 of us in there and he felt the need to sweep under the hightop table we were sitting at. After he started vacuuming and knelt down and went under the table that two women were sitting at to plug the vacuum in, which understandably made them uncomfortable to have a man under the table they were sitting at. Staff could not care less when this was brought to their attention.

I would be careful. I ordered a midnight coffee. I have had this many times at this location and others. I feel physically ill. I am not sure if the cream was bad, but this coffee literally made me feel sick.

Coffee is a little bit higher than average but donuts are not good at all. And i hate âno loiteringâ papers! If this is a cafĂ© and there are places to sit, people can enjoy! So rude!
