Guy cleaning was very creepy. Only 3 of us in there and he felt the need to sweep under the hightop table we were sitting at. After he started vacuuming and knelt down and went under the table that two women were sitting at to plug the vacuum in, which understandably made them uncomfortable to have a man under the table they were sitting at. Staff could not care less when this was brought to their attention.

I would be careful. I ordered a midnight coffee. I have had this many times at this location and others. I feel physically ill. I am not sure if the cream was bad, but this coffee literally made me feel sick.

Twice in less than a week they have made my order late. I'm a working professional within the town and work on average 10 to 12 hours a day. I allot time in the morning to get my daily caffeine fix and something to munch on so that I don't fall victim to hangry - anger borne out of hunger. I'm not sure what happened in the first instance, but I waited for a while before asking a clerk if she could check into the matter. The matter was resolved and I went about my day.Yesterday, the same issue happened like the time before I got my beverage, but I was not getting my food in a timely manner. Upon checking in with the clerk they found out that the receipt had fallen onto the floor. This is twice and less than a week, obviously something needs to happen and it sucks that it happened to me. I'm afraid to go back another time because it can happen again and I need that extra time to grab something to eat in the morning before my very long day.The matter is always resolved but it cuts away from the time that I have. What sucks is that I'm always a gracious tipper and yesterday I actually tipped we all know most people don't tip anything I see it I see that no one tips anything. It's just really frustrating when your tipping someone, because you've been in there exact position and then this happens not for the first time but the second time in less than a week.This is exactly why I don't want to come back to your establishment nor do I want to tip you guys anymore. I didn't get so much as a I'm sorry that happened all I got was I don't know why this happened maybe you're cursed. All of this from the same establishment that years ago I applied to and the owner or manager canceled the same day -30 minutes before the scheduled interview. Get your staff and establishment together.

I like the fact that they are open 24 hours, so I can go there any time and get a coffee.I like the place. People there are always friendly. I have to go there and still have to encounter a grumpy employee.
