When a person asks for little ice and keeps telling the worker little ice. You would think they would understand little ice. Not only did I get ice I got the same amount of ice if I didn’t say anything. I don’t pay for ice I would like to pay for the coffee I ordered! But that seems to be a foreign thought. It happens every time. Very disappointed as usual.

They are not the cleanest people. One day I was in there and a guy kept playing in his hair then rubbing his nose. Then he proceeded to get my donuts. I had to tell him to wash his hands. Another time a different guy was standing there just scratching his head near the microwave then got the sandwich out. They are nice but not clean.
I paid over $5.00 for only a sandwich where the english muffin was burned black & they just handed it over like it was fine. Apparently they are too cheap to make another for that price I guess. Shows how much they care about their customers.

Dunkin' has become sub-par. Donuts are outrageously priced for the cold, semi-stale pastries you get. Coffee is okay, though.
