Usually a Starbucks gal but decided to give Dunkin a try since it’s close to my job. I found this napkin in my coffee and returned back to the store to have it remade. The employees didn’t seem to comprehend what was wrong and came across as rude. They did remake my drink but showed no remorse and got not apology.

Three stars because they got my order wrong. I had people waiting at my house so this was an unconvinced. I asked for a dozen New York donuts and I got an assortment. The lady that fixed it was pleasant and apologized. Nothing though for my hassle of running back.

I needed 2 dozen donuts for an early evening meeting. Not only did I get what I wanted but I got 2 donuts that were better than I expected. Thanks for good customer service.
I rarely ever leave reviews, but the workers here are so great, I almost feel obligated to give them some praise. I come almost every morning, and always get the same two lady’s and they are so kind and helpful. And my order is always perfect, the atmosphere is kind, and I pay and get through the line within 2 minutes. ???

Service takes literally FOREVER and when I have a 15 minute break and ever second counts, yet I'm left to stand at the counter every time for atleast 7 minutes while they tend to just the drive thru as if people in store don't matter. Always out of the most popular donut at 930am like it isn't known those are bought up everyday by early morning and ordering more to ensure you don't sell out by atleast lunch must be to complicated. It seems to me if everyday you sell out of one thing within hours of opening, you'd think ordering more of that kind would be a smart move, but alas, their out constantly. Oh and at this particular location the workers barely speak English, are nearly impossible to understand and they have the audacity to get rude with you when you ask them to repeat themselves

They know my order before I even say it half the time. They always are quick and friendly. Prices are far also. Only problem I find is that they seem to not be able to keep their snacking bacon warm for some reason.
