If at any time the manager is going to decide not to take food orders in the drive through because they are behind on orders, maybe put out a sign so people don't sit through the line for nothing.

Very clean facility and friendly staff. There’s a but… I ALWAYS order the same thing, Medium Carmel cold brew with cold foam and cream…..I just moved here and I’ve gone to this location 4 times as it is less than a mile from my house. They give me Iced Coffee instead of Cold Brew EVERY SINGLE TIME! I love cold brew, I REALLY dislike iced coffee. Huge disappointment and waste of money.

Out of all the Dunkin's in the area, I have the most consistent orders here.
Plus, I had my order made wrong at another location one day, and by the time I realized, I was too far away to turn around. I decided to swing past this store since I was in a rush. Even though I did not go to the same store to get my drink remade, this store happily still remade it for me, which I was very thankful for, even though it was out of their usual protocol!

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ on North Atherton Street twice — and both times were disappointing. The first time, I waited 15 minutes for an iced latte, only to be handed a hot one instead. No apology, just confusion.
I gave them a second chance and tried the drive-thru. It was faster, but the staff handed me a hot coffee without properly securing the lid. As soon as I picked it up, the coffee spilled all over my clothes and car interior. When I informed them, the employee casually offered a replacement drink as if nothing had happened — no apology, no concern about the fact that I was burned or the mess caused.
This wasn’t just an inconvenience — it was careless and unsafe. Definitely not going back again.

I only had a coffee here in the latte. it was just fine. The young lady who took the order and served up the coffee was pleasant and friendly. As we picked up the coffee to have a seat, there were several dirty tables, but there was still room to sit down. The only other irritant was the fact that the music was playing a bit too loud, and it was a distraction while trying to have a conversation.
