I’ve been to this Dunkin’ on North Atherton Street twice — and both times were disappointing. The first time, I waited 15 minutes for an iced latte, only to be handed a hot one instead. No apology, just confusion.
I gave them a second chance and tried the drive-thru. It was faster, but the staff handed me a hot coffee without properly securing the lid. As soon as I picked it up, the coffee spilled all over my clothes and car interior. When I informed them, the employee casually offered a replacement drink as if nothing had happened — no apology, no concern about the fact that I was burned or the mess caused.
This wasn’t just an inconvenience — it was careless and unsafe. Definitely not going back again.

I only had a coffee here in the latte. it was just fine. The young lady who took the order and served up the coffee was pleasant and friendly. As we picked up the coffee to have a seat, there were several dirty tables, but there was still room to sit down. The only other irritant was the fact that the music was playing a bit too loud, and it was a distraction while trying to have a conversation.

This Dunkin’ is hit or miss. The macchiato is mostly espresso with little milk, never the right ratio. Drinks are inconsistent, and the staff, though friendly, seem overworked. Better training is needed. Hope management steps up.

I think the team could benefit from a bit more training, because it feels like the same drink is made in different ways every time. Honestly, by now I almost expect it to be off. For example, if you’re getting a macchiato, don’t be surprised if it’s mostly espresso and not much milk—definitely not the usual ratio. I still enjoy Dunkin, but it would be great if the drinks were a bit more consistent! The staff are very nice, yet they seem to be overworked, and it shows. This branch has so much potential, @administration, listen to your customers and reviews!
