Walking into this Dunkin Donuts is like entering a different dimension in which 1 second is 10 Dunkin seconds. I cannot believe how long it took for my SINGLE DRINK to be made. 32 MINUTES. FOR JUICE. I kid you not, it was 32 minutes I had to wait for one drink. And they didn’t have any baked goods. Please, watch paint dry, it’ll be less painful (and probably more tasty) than waiting at this Dunkin for your drink.

From The DMV

The last three times in a row I've been to this location I've had issues with my order. First time got a breakfast sandwich and it wasn't even luke warm it was down right cold. Got a replacement and it was BARELY even luke warm. The next 2 times they messed up my very simple order. The guy/kid who makes it gave me dirty looks Everytime as well. Wouldn't recommend.

I went with my niece earlier to get the spider donut which Dunkin is supposed to have until November 6th. When I arrived at the window to pick up my mobile order, the employee working drive through informed me that they were no longer making spider donuts. I have worked at another popular fast food chain so I understand that if you aren’t getting shipments, you can’t make certain products. However if you don’t have the product available, it should be removed from your online menu so you can avoid people trying to order it and finding out it is unavailable. I am also confused on why they wouldn’t be getting shipments or making more of the spider donut when they are still supposed to have it on the menu for another 3 days.

What happened to customer service! Went on Saturday November 1, 2025 with plans to get 3 gift cards and 3 reusable cups for some gifts. Figured it would be best to go inside to the counter to make these purchases. After standing there for 5 + min with multiple employees walking past looking at me but not speaking another customer came over to me and said “ no one will help you, you need to use the self service screen. So you get to tip yourself “ so I did but was unable to figure out how to buy gift cards or the scan the cups I picked out. So I ended up just buying a box of munchkins of which I had to use a credit card since no one would take cash for the purchase. Once done checking out I went down to wait as the screen said. The place was busy due to it being a Saturday morning but once again I wait 5+ min for my name to be called like others had been. When I finally get to ask someone how long will it be until they got 25 munchkin boxed I was rudely told “did you look on the self”. Sorry I did not think to look at a self that was labeled mobile orders and deliveries since I did neither.
After about 20 min I was finally out the door without even getting the items I had planned on getting. Will not be returning to this location

This Dunkin perplexes me. While I love the atmosphere and the friendliness of the workers, the slow service here is so infuriating. The Dunkin in State College is 10x busier yet they are more organized and faster at times. Ordered only a drink, 10 minutes later I arrived at the location and it wasn’t ready, stood by the counter for 3 minutes and then they asked me what I was there for and they finally started by drink. Again, this Dunkin has one of the most pleasant workers and atmosphere I’ve ever seen but this service is infuriating, as 25% of my visits to this Dunkin are like this.

Spencer was probably the friendliest and happiest person I have ever seen at the drive through. It made my morning. It's really hard to find people in customer service that are kind and friendly. 5 stars just for this guy. Thanks for making my morning awesome and good job for having solid employees !

If at any time the manager is going to decide not to take food orders in the drive through because they are behind on orders, maybe put out a sign so people don't sit through the line for nothing.

Very clean facility and friendly staff. There’s a but… I ALWAYS order the same thing, Medium Carmel cold brew with cold foam and cream…..I just moved here and I’ve gone to this location 4 times as it is less than a mile from my house. They give me Iced Coffee instead of Cold Brew EVERY SINGLE TIME! I love cold brew, I REALLY dislike iced coffee. Huge disappointment and waste of money.

Out of all the Dunkin's in the area, I have the most consistent orders here.

Plus, I had my order made wrong at another location one day, and by the time I realized, I was too far away to turn around. I decided to swing past this store since I was in a rush. Even though I did not go to the same store to get my drink remade, this store happily still remade it for me, which I was very thankful for, even though it was out of their usual protocol!

Stood at counter 8 minutes..no one waited on me...4 employees were gathered by drive thhu window..no employees felt my business was worth while.
I will never visit this location again...
