I only had a coffee here in the latte. it was just fine. The young lady who took the order and served up the coffee was pleasant and friendly. As we picked up the coffee to have a seat, there were several dirty tables, but there was still room to sit down. The only other irritant was the fact that the music was playing a bit too loud, and it was a distraction while trying to have a conversation.

Atmosphere is self-serve facility, thus neither good nor bad.
Food: Ordered my usual DD coffee with cream.and half sugar, and it did not taste as usual...a little watery.
Service was unremarkable...just what you would expect from suchban establishment.

Not very consistent with the tea, Will it be burnt? Will it have flavor? Will it be sweet?

The same order at the same Dunkin will have very different tastes.

The drive thru is very weird.
Lots of parking, different ways to get in/out. You can go from N Atherton or you can go the back way from Martin St !
