This Dunkin perplexes me. While I love the atmosphere and the friendliness of the workers, the slow service here is so infuriating. The Dunkin in State College is 10x busier yet they are more organized and faster at times. Ordered only a drink, 10 minutes later I arrived at the location and it wasn’t ready, stood by the counter for 3 minutes and then they asked me what I was there for and they finally started by drink. Again, this Dunkin has one of the most pleasant workers...

Spencer was probably the friendliest and happiest person I have ever seen at the drive through. It made my morning. It's really hard to find people in customer service that are kind and friendly. 5 stars just for this guy. Thanks for making my morning awesome and good job for having solid employees !

Out of all the Dunkin's in the area, I have the most consistent orders here.

Plus, I had my order made wrong at another location one day, and by the time I realized, I was too far away to turn around. I decided to swing past this store since I was in a rush. Even though I did not go to the same store to get my drink remade, this store happily still remade it for me, which I was very thankful for, even though it was out of their usual protocol!
