If you've never lived in the south, this might be ok for you. I ordered the short rib. First sign of trouble: I was asked how I'd like it cooked. Second sign of trouble: it arrived with a giant steak knife. It was the toughest, grisliest piece of meat over ever had at a restaurant. It was massive but inedible. The mashed potatoes were served basically cold and had a skin on them from sitting on the plate too long. The biscuits had clearly been reheated from a previous service, which dried them out and made them hard. I real disappointment. Especially because the short rib was $40+. Happy to pay that if the meal were edible.

The place is old; everywhere you can see dust, and it is not clean! The food was not fresh at all, specifically the banana on top of the French toast.
The restaurant was not busy at all, but we had to wait a long time for the check and my card.

So we are up for family weekend and my daughter’s birthday she selected this place for lunch. We were seated and waited 23 minutes just for coffee. At that point the coffee never showed up. The place was dead and horrible service. Never returning there. Sorry but it’s the truth.

The restaurant is lovely. There was live music and that was wonderful. Food, drink and experience overall was very good. They forgot one of our food items, other than that, it was great! Highly recommend for Sunday brunch.

Great food and even better service. Ask for Ben, he made everything better!

We loved the atmosphere and service. The food, however, didn't quite meet our expectations — the biscuits were bland, the seafood casserole a bit sparse, and the sausage dish could have been presented better. Thanks for your attention!

Really cute place; overall food was not that great. Our table ordered two steaks- both medium; neither one was prepared properly (more like rare). The server did offer to take them back. The southern fried chicken was lost in mounds of breading.

Always a great meal at Gigi's. Our server was attentive and very friendly. Will be back for sure.

We made online reservations and everything was great except it did not mention online that brunch on Sundays was until 4pm.

really loved the interior design and the cozy atmosphere inside the restaurant, it was busy but service was still good not too slow and never questioned time from
when drinks and order was placed. The food was Ameeeezing the vegan bolognese pasta and the fried green tomatoes were tasty and the portion sizes were great !
sadly no room for desert as i was too full

Do not order filet!!! My daughter LOVES steak. Description stated that it had a Cajun butter on it- let me tell you…there was NO seasoning of any kind on this $65 steak. Couldn’t tell the waitress because she didn’t come back til we were done eating. When we asked another waitress to get our waitress, she still never came and the second waitress ended up taking care of a couple items. Should’ve complained to second waitress. The drinks were great and we loved the French onion soup. Disappointing however as a whole.

Service was very slow - slow delivery of drinks ordered and slow delivery of food order. All of this despite that it appear that plenty of staff available and the restaurant not very busy. Meal was tasty ( had the short ribs) but short ribs and mash potatoes were luke warm.

Even though we made reservations, we arrived on time and still had to wait a while for our table to be ready. The menu is pricey, and the food alright. We ordered a pork chop that was very dry. Our other food was good, but should be excellent for the price.

GiGi's has really come, my salmon was overcooked ( and I specifically asked for medium rare since restaurants often overcook fish.) my wife ordered the pork chop which she had ordered before it was about half the size and about 33% more expensive. Service was poor and the place was, maybe 25% full.
