My daughter's birthday is today and I'm 4+ hours away so last night about 10:30pm I decided to order a treat. Today is also blue & white game day so I knew I'd be very limited. I looked at the Insomnia Cookie website and decided to order from there. I ordered online with a 12:30am delivery. My daughter then indicated she wanted it by 11:30pm and I called the store to change the delivery time. It wasn't an issue at all and I got updates with a final one at 11:27pm that it was officially delivered! My daughter got it and sent pics saying it was delicious!!! It was a great experience and thank you so much for kicking off my daughter's birthday!

Doordash driver didnt deliver my whole order but i submitted a form online, the store manager called me back within the hour, offered to have a replacement sent out, and when I said I wasn’t home anymore, they offered a full refund.The food they did deliver was delicious & still warm and the store manager went above and beyond to be kind, understanding, and polite on the phone. Will be going back after this experience.

Insomnia are good cookies. Popped into this weird, little location around 7:30 in a week night. The counter guy was hanging out front and followed us in, no biggie, just not expecting that. The cookies are in the rear out of view and came out served in individual pouches. .

Vegan AND gluten free cookies, bomb. However, bummed out there isn't a vegan ice-cream option. Seems silly they'd have vegan cookies but not vegan ice cream. Cookies were crunchy on the outside but warm and soft on the inside.

One of the worst delivery I've ever seen. The food had delay over an hour and half. It did not been delivered to the place I asked for. For anyone trying to order their food, I suggest not. You will end up getting your food after two hours.

I visited this insomnia cookies location tonight around 5:30. The woman working at this time deserves a whole RAISE. Talk about customer service, she was so helpful for us first timers at the store, and informed us that she had just fulfilled an order for over 200 cookies and made up for not having the cookie flavor in stock that my boyfriend wanted by going above and beyond. The cookies were fantastic, the ice cream was amazing. THANK YOU INSOMNIA COOKIES!

I’m not one to make reviews but this just made me sad. There were not 6 cookies and they came destroyed. Only one was intact sort of.

The cookies were warm and delicious. Our crew tried the Oatmeal-Raisin, Chocolate Chip, Snicker Doodle and happily the Gluten-free. All were perfection. Wes was kind, helpful and friendly, despite the hectic pace of move-in day at Penn State.

Been there twice.. first time in 22 and another in 23.. Amazing stuff!!.. they just added a new vegan birthday cake ice cream which was so damn tasty!.. I'm definitely going back again!. Thank goodness at least one place in State college has some vegan options!

Look, I wanted to give them a 5 star. BUT, they said they didn’t have the cookie I wanted, so I bought the delux…. THEN they gave my friend the cookie I wanted. They said they didn’t have it?? Sorry I don’t understand. Nonetheless, it was a good cookie and the staff was friendly. Still upset though :(
