The udon I ordered was way too sweet, it was nasty I ended up throwing it away and the gyoza had a pungent meat flavor. I’m sensitive to taste and it didn’t have flavors of seasoning instead just meat, it made me gag.The employees were extremely rude. They were talking bad in their dialect about me for asking a question not knowing I knew their dialect. The employees were embarrassed when I asked them for utensils in the dialect. I just hope these people will find peace in staying professional in a work environment.I’m all for supporting small businesses, but the food wasn’t great and the lady got mad at me for not tipping after talking bad about me is crazy! Would not recommend!!

Ordered my food with request of no carrots. Instead, the food was made with only carrot and onion with the rice, no other veggies.

Avoid this place. Placed an order through Uber eats and it came with no napkins, no utensils, no chopsticks and just one packet of soy

Despite carrying several things that I am allergic to, they have been great about not cross contaminating. They are great!

態度很差!沒有服務可言!內用也不會給你一杯水…There was no any service at all even you politely asked them if you could order now. The lady in the front desk had really bad attitude. She just did her thing without even responding customers. So did the man standing by her who heard your question and still pretended there was no customer. The worst attitude I have ever encountered!

Got it to go but It seems like an intimate setting, very college town restaurant downtown. Fabulous

Lacked proper service. Not enough explanation for a first timer. I had a different understanding of what I ordered until it came out. This restaurant deserves 4.5 stars. The rolls were amazing. The fried rice was meh.

Teriyaki sauce was really watery! I also got a fruit tea thinking it was a tea without bubbles because it wasn’t in the bubble tea section on the menu. It was in the section under fruit teas. I was just about to walk out and tasted my tea then realized there were bubbles in it. I went back to the counter and mentioned to the lady I didn’t want bubbles. She had an attitude and said you should have told me before, but I can dump it out for you. Then I said well what’s the difference then between the bubble teas and fruit teas. She says more flavors. I’m thinking then just put them all under bubble tea if your putting bubbles in all of them! I said thank you and she said nothing! I left after getting my tea without any bubbles but it seemed like such an inconvenience for the lady. I won’t be back!

Kondu was great. One of the quickest sushi dining experiences I've ever had. The sushi burrito is really good and I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. I recommend giving Kondu a visit especially since it is not too expensive!

Food is tasty but a tad overpriced. Sometimes the seating area smells like feet. I've still gone back.

Sushi Burrito was huge and delicious, and the Tune & Salmon Poke Bowl was boss.

I visited Kondu in August of this year. Based on another review, I ordered the chicken fried rice. While the portion size was extremely generous, unfortunately, the food was too bland to eat. I went back and asked very nicely for some sauce or veggies to help with the taste, but my request was initially refused outright. I finally convinced her to *allow* me to pay an additional $7 for a container of sautéed veggies. I was just trying to salvage my meal. (Unfortunately, it didn’t help.) The young man working there sympathetically suggested I might like the Teppanyaki better next time, but because of my first experience with both food and service, I haven’t yet returned.

This is the place to go not only to get great hibachi style entrees but also the BEST boba tea’s with the pearls on the bottom but also great selections like honey due melon, mango, blueberry etc. There sweat and addictive! You’ll find yourself wanting another one! Don’t even think about going to Mr. Wish… they don’t even serve the sweat kind.

Sushi burrito: you really must try one! So good… fresh flavors in yummy combinations. Other apps and options look good, too!
