Placed an order well before close. Was never picked up for delivery. No communication and Doordash could not contact me properly because the mcdonalds "never reported a pending order." Whomever worked that shift wasn't able to see a pending order well before close and would not communicate, showing the quality of service one can expect from this location.

Went in BECAUSE THE DOOR WAS OPEN, staff was incredibly rude upon arrival and immediately screamed at us to get out of the store because they were closed after we were very polite and said sorry for even entering.

I get it's busy but the customer service is terrible. I know you hate your job but I just want to be able to pick up my food without being yelled at. Also, how can I always get stale buns when they are going through so many, I don't get it. At least it's clean.

I went to the MCD in the day and it was pretty chill. However in the night time, the staff (specifically the manager dude) is different and they are very rude.

They forgot the fries and the sauce for my order, so I kindly ask for the fries and he immediately asked me what size but I didn’t hear him so I hit him with the sorry. Then he aggressively yells what size, like chill fam. Then I ask him for the sauce as well, like how am I supposed to eat the fries. Then he literally throws the sauce packet into wrong takeout bag and says goodbye.

I understand it’s a fast paced environment and how rigorous the job can be. I was actually going to tip that mf in cash and maybe make his day a little bit even tho they messed up my order. But after ruining my mood with that encounter I decided not to.

Had a Dasher order for here close to closing, and when I came inside the staff was very rude. Cursing and yelling at me for my order number and being very aggressive. This was a very discouraging and frustrating delivery. Please do not order from this location.

I am not a student. The manager on duty right now is the most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with in a McDonald's. 8pm. Friday 10/4. Also only taking mobile orders? What?

Usually I do not have an issue at this location. That was until tonight. I went at about 940-945 and I waited for five minutes in line before someone acknowledged me. She asked me “are you here for a mobile order?” I said no I’d like to order. She proceeds to tell me I can’t and that it’s mobile orders only. I told her I wanted to use my LionCash (PSU student debit card) she tells me again because they are “busy” its mobile orders only. This is not advertised anywhere on their website, on the doors of the store so how are customers supposed to know? It does say drive thru only after 10 PM which I can respect. However at 945 to tell me I cannot order inside I found rude and unprofessional. I then deal with a guy who seems to be the MOD but can’t confirm. He reiterates to me it’s mobile orders only after 8 PM?! I find that hard to believe. It seems like they just don’t want to work. He asked me if I have another form of payment I explained to him I do not want to use another form of payment because I want to use Lion Cash. Why should I have to inconvenience myself because you guys want to stop taking orders inside before 10 PM? He tells me he’ll take my order this one time but never again. I also found this rude.

Next A group of students come in as I wait for my food. He tells them it’s mobile orders only and they have 7 minutes (9:53 PM) to get them in or “we cant help you.” I have never seen a person with such bad customer service skills in my life.

If they want to do mobile orders only after a certain time they should advertise that where it says drive thru only after 10 PM. If I missed something somewhere that’s my fault, I just think these people don't want to work!

Dashing here at night is a true pain. The workers here will yell at you and berate you while all you're trying to do is get your order. They are also poorly staffed at night as well. It took me 20 minutes to get my order and be on my way. Only go here during regular hours if at all.

I was told I was “trespassing” trying to get food and give the company money. Disgraceful people have to deal with the manager at the location. So rude and disrespectful.

I placed an order last night around 10pm. I went to pick it up in store around 10:15. When I got there, the drive through line was around the building and no one was at the counter inside to help. A guy came in behind me complaining that he wanted a refund because he had been sitting at the drive through for 45 minutes. After staying at the counter waiting for assistance for 20 minutes the guy behind me finally got a hold of one of the workers. He told us that we need to wait and that refunds aren't "aloud". I asked to speak to a manager and he grabbed his shirt and said "what do you think I am? Do you see my shirt?" and walked away. I waited for another 15 minutes inside for all of the workers to ignore me. I walked out and waited in the drive through line since they only seemed to be helping those people. I get to the window, give them my order number, and they tell me they "cancelled", my order. I had to order and pay AGAIN and never got my money back. Also, when we finally got the food it was cold and they didn't give any utensils or napkins. I do not recommend this location.
