The food was good, but the manager seems to have an attitude towards his employees. They're just doing their job. I get that food work is fast-paced, but I'm willing to wait patiently for my food. He was also chucking food in bags carelessly, getting most of my fries on the floor.

I was doordashing on a Monday night (around 11) and I walked in to get my order. I went up to the stand that said “mobile pickup orders” and was clearly checking my phone and looking at the bags. The man (assumably a manager, unfortunately) SCREAMED LOUDLY at me causing all the workers to immediately stop what they were doing and look at him and I. He screamed from behind the counter “ HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!” And I looked behind me because I had no clue why I was being screamed at. I almost laughed because I thought he was kidding. He most certainly was not, and then yelled “there’s a rope there for a reason”. I had pushed the rope aside to look at the orders because this is the first time I’ve ever seen a store or McDonald’s do this so I really didn’t think anything of it. And then he continued to be rude to his employees, snappy with them. The girls that were on shift looked at me with empathy. I feel bad that they have to work with such a D-head. The man then rushed around, and said “people just can’t read” to another employee as he handed the order to me. I will now decline every order I get for this McDonald’s location. AND I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. looking at the reviews, he’s frequently extremely unprofessional, demeaning, and horrible to food delivery drivers. He needs to be fired because acting like this represents the company in a HORRIBLE way and this is MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. Step up McDonald’s.

I was in the downtown restaurant 1:30am January 20th 2023. I was driving Uber that night and had a pickup from this location. The last time I was there you walked up to a wire shelf (sitting kind of in the middle of the store) and took your Uber order left. Tonight when I walked in the side door there was like a rope blocking the restaurant but it was open on the right. I assumed the restaurant was closed for dine in but we could walk in and grab our take out orders like last time. I walked up the the shelf and an old male manager approached me and said “if you’re stupid enough to not know you can’t walk around that rope I’m not handing you your order. I said to him “there’s no reason to be mean I’m just trying to make a living the same thing you’re doing.” He turned and walked back behind the counter so I looked for my order and took it off the shelf. I was almost out the door and he ran up to me and grabbed it out of my hand. He’s like “you’re not getting this or any of your orders from this McDonald’s” so the food the customers paid for sat there and eventually got thrown out. Their order wasn’t deliver so it got refunded to their account and the restaurant was out the money. Totally terrible on so many levels: if you are that nasty and miserable you need to find another job. It doesn’t matter if they’re students. They are paying customers and do not deserve that and I do no not deserve to be treated like that either. I recognized the manager when I went in. He used to work the drive through at north atherton and was rude there as well. He would mix the drive through order up and then roll his eyes and grumble at the window, not say hello or thank you. Basically rude but nothing to this extent.

Basically the average mcdonalds, nothing wrong, but nothing special compared to another mcdonalds. I got a double quarter pounder meal, which is expensive for fast food, I honestly hate that Mcdonalds is getting so expensive, definitely get the mcdonalds app each day you can claim a deal and there's deals like buy a big mac get one free, or get a 6 piece mcnugget get a free 6 piece.
Ordered 10 McNuggets and I took a bite out of the first one and spit it out immediately, tasted absolutely disgusting, mushy from the inside and doesn’t even taste anything remotely close to chicken. Decided to split another one in half just to discover that it’s RAW from the inside, all 10 of them were undercooked and nasty. I don’t think I’ll ever be returning to this store after this, quite unacceptable to be honest. I’m praying I don’t get food poisoning from this, I spit it out immediately but you never know. If you don’t want food poisoning I would advise you to avoid this location and if you end up eating here make sure the chicken that you are receiving if fully cooked.

The man running the night shift was rude and disrespectful. I was trying to ask about an order that I placed through DOORDASH and he was completely dismissive towards me. He didn’t look at me nor did he try to be helpful and was raising his voice for no reason and kept cutting me off when I tried to speak to him. He wouldn’t allow me to give the whole story about what happened and walked away from me.
