My wife and I had purchased tickets to the Spikes baseball game yesterday, where they announced a promotion allowing us to get two free Big Macs. The terms were clear: the tickets were valid for only three days, and that’s all.
To my surprise, the McDonald’s staff told me I needed to buy something with each ticket. I asked for small fries, but was told it had to be at least a medium. I let that slide—only to be denied the second Big Mac at the payment window because my wife wasn’t in the car with me. That requirement was never mentioned anywhere.
I even offered to show a picture of us at the game, but they still refused. Do you think the supervisor was more understanding? NO HE WAS NOT. It’s very disappointing to see a promotion handed out during a public event, only to have all these extra conditions added later—just to avoid honoring it. Even with an additional purchase, they still made it difficult. Not cool. We are never coming back.

This morning I had a mobile order I went through the drive thru around 6:55 am . I also had items on the side for my boss … The young lady with the grey shirt and glass made a comment that was totally unnecessary and rude .. I can clearly hear and see her talking bout me rudely through the glass ; to the lady in the purple shirt … I feel like if there is a problem plz address me personally we’re both grown here

Food is decent and you get it fast. If this is what you want then get food here. I never go inside so cannot tell you about the dining inside. I just order thru the window. Their regular employees give wonderful customer service.

This place is so busy, pass it by. I waited 8 minutes to order at the drive thru. By the time I decided to go somewhere else I was locked into the drive thru. Start to finish (entered drive thru to exit) 34 minutes. The food was as expected. And fresh. Staff was courteous but frazzled by the onset rush.

Went into the drive thru, they got my order wrong and my burger didnt come with meat. Went inside to get my order fixed, and they gave me my meal without the fries, when I went to ask her about the fries she said you didnt say anything was wrong with the fries..... I didnt ring them in. How would the fries be wrong? And why would I order a burger without meat.
