I placed a breakfast order more than 10 mins ahead of cutoff time to pick up through the drive thru. I waited a long time in a reasonable line and arrived at the order speaker 1 minute past the breakfast hours and was told the order would not be fulfilled because the system wouldn't let her submit it. This is nuts to me. So what's the point in the mobile order ahead function? I don't normally leave feedback but this really caused issues for me and I really don't understand why it works this way.

The sandwich was excellent. But my iced coffee had all these grinds at the bottom and I kept having to spit them out every time I took a sip. I don’t know if they aren’t cleaning the container of coffee out regularly or if they are using old coffee from the night before. :(

These people just disrespected me when with my family I made an order they messed it all up I got cursed threatened to have the police called on me and checking my order on the app to make a complaint they put the item as unavailable on the app so now a large drink is worth 19$ but they stupid I have my banks statement and the email of order when placed icing on cake my father is a police officer for that area I email corporate I hope the respond I lost my money and my order the shift at 9pm is rude and unprofessional I am taking full legal actions on this I have my banks statement and my receipt smh I am pissed off they destroyed mines and my famyfinner I was in the car with my kids and my wife they scared my children and just if they think I'ma lose my money they have a big legal surprise.

Tonight, Monday December 16, 2024 - I made the mistake of ordering from what everyone refers to as the “Ghetto McDonalds.” I knew better, but it had been years since I’ve ordered from this place because it had rats roaches and the bottom of the barrel employees. I assumed that things MUST be somewhat better by now, since it was still in service. Nope. Stick to the McDonald’s further down Atherton in the Giant shopping center.

Just got a wet bag and a coke with a hole in the bottom. Liquid ended up leaking into my car seats and destroying my laptop and notebook. Other two times I went the fries were ice cold. Do not recommend.

Went through the drive thru at a slow time, as I pulled up to order I was asked if I’d be using my mobile app, I said no. Then there was a few moments of silence before a rude” waiting for your order” snarked back at me..
Upon reaching payment window , I was again treated with snark and that was next complimented by the food pickup window with a fellow that wouldn’t look at me when I spoke to him…food wasn’t bad but service left a lot to be desired .

We have visited this particular McDonald's twice in last month. They employees are nice but the food quality is not good. Namely the French fries. They taste like they were made 3 hours prior to our order. That is enough to make me go elsewhere. Once you can overlook but two times in a row tells me they are doing something wrong. And the fish sandwich i had this time tasted like it was cooked in very used/old oil.

Did not eat the fries and sandwich was not enjoyable.

No place is cheap anymore. The least you could do is try to give the consumer a decent product.
