Great food, clean restaurant, and IN PERSON customer service.
However, the app and ONLINE customer service are terrible. There’s no way to track deliveries or contact the driver if an order is misplaced. Mezeh rarely answers calls, and their online support is unresponsive. I’ve lost money on at least 1 or two orders with no way to resolve it.
EDIT: I’ve already filled out the form twice with my order details. Once last month and again two weeks later after no response. I still haven’t heard back.

I love this place! When you walk in, it feels like you’re in this really cool and modern (but a little futuristic) place! The food here is absolutely delicious as well, and I would highly recommend getting their mandarin cardamom drink! The workers were are super nice as well!

I revisited this place after 2 years. They have changed it a lot and have improved the taste. Only thing I hate is they add very less hummus. They better get a bigger scoop for it.

I was in town for work for a few weeks, so I ordered from the restaurant several times. My order was always done correctly and tasted fresh each time. The delivery also arrived in a timely manner. Now, if I had to choose between Cava or mezeh, I don’t know who I would choose.

Place isn’t very clean. I found a fly in my drink that I had already finished about half of. Food was decent but I won’t be going back due to the uncleanliness.
EDIT: Upped review to 2 stars because I got in contact with a manager. They are aware of the potential of these bugs with their food processor and are addressing it. I can’t in good faith up my stars past two, considering the situation. But I will say, the manager seemed genuinely concerned about my girlfriend well-being and the quality of their food. I wish them good luck. And hope nothing like this happens again.
My girlfriend ordered from here via DoorDash and found a bug in her green and rice bowl.

Unfortunately I ordered here tonight for the first time, and found a bug in my rice and greens bowl. I’m genuinely so disgusted and trying to get through to customer service is impossible. I understand things happen, but this is entirely unacceptable and can really make someone sick. Safe to say I will never be ordering from there again.

It was a little weird for me. I think the eggplant ruined my experience, lol. A little bit just took over the whole dish. Nice looking place. The air conditioning was very sub par, however. Nice staff!
