Great place to go if you're looking for something a little different for brunch. The food is of excellent quality and flavour, the staff are incredibly courteous, and they really lean into the French atmosphere.

Absolutely love this place but am sad they got rid of the eggs en coquette - that was the best dish! The replacement is not as good. Will have to try something else but wish that was still an option!

We stopped here this morning off a recommendation from a student we passed on our walk through town. I cannot compliment the food here enough. By far the best breakfast I’ve had all year! I wish we could hang out and try different menu items all day! I are planning on coming back next month. It is a 3 hour drive from our house… but worth spending the day!
It was our first time here and it was marvelous. The fresh-squeezed orange juice, burger, croque monsieur sandwich, and fries were all delicious. We cannot wait to go back! Of special note: While awaiting our meal, we had an urgent need pop up. The staff graciously rushed our meal through, and put it in to-go boxes. So accommodating!

Don't try calling this place to ask questions or make reservations, if you ask them how busy they are nicely, theyll be condescending and rude instead of just communicating or helping move things along. I was really excited to go because I loved the location of babys but I refuse to give my money to someone who was rude from the start.
I have no respect for workers who treat potential customers who are calling to see how busy a restaurant is rudely, as someone who works in a restaurant, Save your money for the waffle shop. They've been working downtown longer and actually know how to handle being busy. And will at least act like their happy while taking your order.

Nice little place. Even the music is French. Food was fantastic. Get the French press coffee ☕️! So good.
As one can imagine, the vibe is a little strange. Like walking into a French Baby’s (what used to be in the space). Service was great, a little slow, but very nice. The menu is pretty solid and incorporates some good French classics. I went for breakfast and had a couple small things, but would like to go back for some main dishes.

Since OB&B opened, it’s been our go-to, and any time we have company in State College, we make a point of bringing them to OB&B for breakfast! Exceptional service, great menu, and fair prices.
The menu includes breakfast staples but also has a lot of unique dishes that you won’t find at any other local diners. The waffle is incredible, using a yeast-leavened recipe. Try out the crullers to curb your hunger while you wait for your mains. And their hash browns are the best in State College!
We’ve also never experienced long wait times or difficulty being seated. We’ve only gone for breakfast and lunch and are keen to try one of the Sunday dinners soon.
