I bought a ton of different sushi rolls, and some gyoza. Gyoza was good, but the rolls were very clearly hours and hours old. I ended up just throwing them out

I only order here because Uber Eats hada promo of buy one get one free. I ordered this and they only gave me one item. When I confronted them about it, the manager tried to gaslight me saying that is not how buy 1 get 1 for free works. He then proceeded to show me another order where they were giving two items of the thing I ordered for the same price I paid, so he was aware of the promo. Even there, they never offer to give me the extra item I was missing. Very rude and condescending, trying to blame me all the time and not offering real solutions. They even tried to convince me to order again

Well… I won’t go backGot the distinct impression taking an order was a bother and inconvenience. Not a dine in place even though it appears to be. Temp inside was same temp outside. Kept my jacket on. Sushi rolls are the same size and served on plastic dishes the same as in a small grocery store.

My experience at the restaurant was overall fine. On the positive side, the aesthetic and environment of the restaurant was very nice! The workers were very nice as well. However, on the negative side, the food was cold and bland. I had to order a side of curry sauce to warm up my food and add extra needed flavor to it.

Ordered Uber eats, it took an hour. Crab rangoons were good, but they’re good anywhere. Ate almost all. Vegetable lo mein had about five pieces of vegetable, was bland and tasted old like someone microwaved their leftovers. Not ever ordering again.

Price is not worth the quality. I’ve ordered a couple of times through Uber because it’s convenient, but the past 2 times I have ordered there has been HAIR in my food!! The delivery also takes a long time and there’s no way to track. Avoid.

They don't have a dining service open, only to go. We used the searing area to have our dinner. The taste was okay but too expensive considering the food quality. We ordered hibachi, but the food wasn't anything different than regular fried rice. Went there on July 4th, so I am glad that they were still open. Clean area and fast service.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service! I ordered for delivery and didn't receive my order until 2 hours later!!! When I called the store after not receiving my order within the first hour, the employee told me that it would take "4 hours". When I tried calling back shortly after to try and cancel my order, nobody answered and I tried calling several times. I had to physically walk to the store in order to have a word with a worker, and even then, I was entirely ignored by them. I was never offered a discount, coupon, refund, NOTHING!!!! Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, upon receiving my order, they messed up one of my items and gave me the wrong order! A straight scam. Their food is not worth that awful service, they will never be receiving my money here again! I would rate this place zero stars if I could.
