First time at Otto's in town for a wedding was within walking distance of our hotel. Great selection of beers, very reasonably priced menu and our server Maddi was exceptional!

We were in town for the weekend and stopped here for lunch. We had the crab dip, I got the buffalo chicken wrap and my husband got the root beer bacon burger. Everything was delicious, definitely a go to spot while you are at state college.

Wanted to take my boyfriend some place new and didn't even last 5 minutes. The hostess tried to sit us on the smaller side where nobody was. We asked to be seated on the other side where everyone else was. This seemed to irritate her as she took us to a table and put the menus/silverware down and kept walking without a word. There were many open tables on this side btw. The waitress never asked if we had been there before or had any questions, which we did. So we left. As we were leaving the hostess was seating another couple on the side we had to ask for. I try not to go here but this felt very blatantly racist towards us. Do better!

Didn't even eat.. we wanted to try a new spot out and got theworst experience since ive been here.....first the hostess was racist..(she was ) not a welcome or anything wanted to sit us out of the way when multiple tables were open, then just threw the menus ont the table and walked away..RUDE much..,then our waiter didn't bother to ask if we been here before or nothing .we got up and left.Went to VOODOO!!! A much better environment

Delicious food and drinks. Highly recommend the creole crap dip and sangria.However, my last experience the waitress was horrible. She took our order and dropped our drinks off and never came back to our table till she brought us our check 1.5 hr later. Kitchen brought us out our food which by that time our drinks were empty. We never got asked if we wanted more drinks dessert anything.

Great place for a drink n a bite. Had the cheese steak n it was delicious. Haven't had one that food in awhile.
Atmosphere is great, too. Garage/rustic/industrial feel but cozy enough for a quiet date.

We came for lunch and craft beers. My husband had the Streamside IPA and I had the Apricot Ale. Both were cold and refreshing. He had the Chicken Wing Mac & Cheese. I had the Chicken Wing Salad. I had the wings done in the sweet chili sauce, excellent choice! Jeremy was our server, he was attentive without being overbearing and we did not feel rushed.
