As a dasher of 6+ years I recommend all those new to DD DO not come here. They are extremely disrespectful to all dashers and refuse to make orders in a timely matter. I waited a hour for a $6 order and had to drop it. Other dashers have been complaining about accepting orders and waiting the same amount of time. If you try to ask them about it they either ignore you or snap at you with profanity.

Order two sandwiches to go from the kiosk. Only 4 other couples there and didn't see them place their order. Waited 25 minutes saw one other person come get their food. We got are food and when to the car, drove to the place we stayed at and the only gave my wife a half of a sandwich.

Waited 30 mins for a turkey sandwich, about 15 people working with their heads uo their asses ,never coming back again, Asian waited atthe registered er for a refund my order was called, don't waste your time on this place, also the floors and air ducts look dirty and need cleaning

Mobile orders are almost never ready at the set pickup. I set the pickup time for at least 20 minutes before I’m going to pick it up because of this.

This location is generally dirtier than others that I’ve been to.

A horrible place all together! Would not recommend for food or a job at this location! Was rather embarrassing to work there for the few weeks i stuck around. Making customers wait for close to an hour for a sandwich and soup and then the gm was rude to them when they asked about their orders. And as an employee I would get yelled at for speaking to another employee or doing what I was asked to do by another manager! An absolutely ridiculous place and now the gm refuses to answer me about paystubs and w2! Seems like this store is going down hill even more than it already was!

The worst experience in Panera. Took one and half hours to wait for the food. More than double as described in the app.

They didn’t prepare for food based on the queue. The male staff (maybe manager) even said that they didn’t follow the queue on the screen and he could turn off it if he wants anytime. Ridiculous!

Forget this store and will never come back!

Horrible service no option to order through an actual person.
Lady was rude when I couldn't find the option for my substitution on the screen insisted it was there and didn't help me. Had to go back up for her to realize it wasnt on the screen.
I will never come back to Panera if this is their new business plan. Cashiers are the face of your business don't skimp!

Disappointing To-Go Experience at Panera Bread

I recently ordered takeout from Panera Bread, and it was a huge letdown. The wait time was ridiculous, and when I finally got my food, it looked like it had been carelessly thrown into the to-go bag. Everything was messy and unappetizing, like no effort had been made at all. The staff have an attitude and do not look like they want to be there at all.

On top of that, the restaurant itself looked dirty while I waited—sticky tables, trash on the floor, and an overall unclean vibe. This experience really made me question the quality and care at Panera. Definitely not what I expected.

Also, there’s always some kind of a burning smell.

I encountered a very rude male worker who expected customers to restock materials on their own. I asked for a lid for my cup and after waiting for a decent amount of time to allow the workers to refill the empty station. I asked one worker directly and he helped me. The other male worker was impatient and rude.
