Many seating options available, outlets at most of the tables, including the high tops. Tasty food and beverages. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms were clean and staff quickly handled the needed maintenance/stocking when it was brought to their attention.

In the realm of places to work remotely, it’s a bit noisy (obviously it gets noisy when busy but the sound seemed to carry through the whole restaurant more than normal) but otherwise a decent place to do things that don’t require audio.

Typical Panera food. Portions in salads have obviously been reduced at all location. Most all orders are placed by kiosks. Not a fan of kiosks.

This branch is great. Staff are cooperative and kind. The place is specious and well organized. Service food is slow sometimes during rush hours but worth the wait annd can be managed by placing an order beforehand through easy to use Panera app. I would highly recommend this branch; and the spicy fiesta chxsdw and the grilled Chz. The cookie was decent too.

Panera always does their food well.
Occasionally they will get pretty long waits for food, but that's the food business for you...

Great service and very nice people. I ordered a wrong sandwich, however everything was restored in just 2 minutes.

The place is dirty, need to be cleaned up. Very stinky & the bathrooms needs attention as well.

This Panera seems to be poorly run and chronically understaffed with food that is average at best. Avoid if you can and go to the downtown Panera instead.

Place is pretty filthy. Order took a long time despite the place being empty, and it wasn't even hot. The drinks we ordered weren't even available. Food was kinda meh and portions are a lot smaller than I remember them being. I remember why we stopped going here now.

If only State College had a Wawa location, you could order basically the same stuff but better tasting and cheaper with not as much of a wait. And at least usually Wawas are clean 😒

Placed a pickup order for the office. The catering menu didn't quite have what I was looking for, so placed ala carte. Asked for a box when I arrived and the manager or owner was called over and he basically refused because I didn't order from catering. Imagine losing a customer over a box. I'll use a real bakery next time. Prices are too high for bake from frozen meals and pastries

SKIP THIS LOCATION!
Should have read some of the recent reviews about how behind this Panera location is with their orders regardless of whether it’s Dine in or Take out. I placed my large Rapid Pick Up order at 4:38am on Sat 5/10 for a 1pm pickup on Sun 5/11. When I arrived a little before 1pm, the shelves for pick up orders were empty and people were in line telling me that they had been waiting an hour and a half for their orders! And people weren’t allowed to cancel their orders and get a refund. There should have been a note at the kiosks OR an employee alerting customers that they were 90 minutes behind on orders. Not one employee even announced, informed or apologized to those waiting around about the wait. I thought the delay in orders was because it was graduation weekend plus Mother’s Day, but according to these other reviews, this store experiences delays with orders constantly. It hasn’t occurred to management to increase the number of employees or find more capable store managers to handle the volume that this store seems to get. Have never had an issue with other Paneras so I’m surprised that this location has gotten away with such poor customer service.

They had three pages of people (on the electronic screen by the pick up area) waiting for their orders when I arrived on time to grab my order. My pick up time was 1pm and I walked out the door with my order at 2:30pm. I had a table reserved for lunch from 1:30pm-3pm with my family that was 15 minutes away and we were lucky that the venue let us stay longer than our reservation time. I must mention that our Panera sandwiches and salads were delicious so it wasn’t a total letdown.

I also did get an email at 1:03pm saying that my order was running behind and they had given me a reward in my account. ($2 off my next order)

The tagline for Rapid Pick Up is “order in the app, skip the line” so someone needs to change that or fix the issues with this location!

As a dasher of 6+ years I recommend all those new to DD DO not come here. They are extremely disrespectful to all dashers and refuse to make orders in a timely matter. I waited a hour for a $6 order and had to drop it. Other dashers have been complaining about accepting orders and waiting the same amount of time. If you try to ask them about it they either ignore you or snap at you with profanity.

Order two sandwiches to go from the kiosk. Only 4 other couples there and didn't see them place their order. Waited 25 minutes saw one other person come get their food. We got are food and when to the car, drove to the place we stayed at and the only gave my wife a half of a sandwich.
