We tried this because the reviews were so good, but honestly after going there, I’m confused. The food was very expensive, but looked and tasted very sad. The portions would not be enough for a little child. My plate came with a tiny (and I mean tiny) lamb shank and a little bit of mashed potatoes. The salad had nothing besides leaves in it. We came with friends and we just literally laughed at how ridiculous the portion was and how bad it tasted. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We dined at ReFarm Café on a Friday night and it was one of the best culinary experiences of my life. Chef Tristan, bartender Brenda, and server Amrita delivered an unforgettable evening. The care and respect Windswept Farms pours into their food and service is extraordinary—we’re already planning our next trip from Pittsburgh just to dine here again.

We have hosted the Bellefonte Art Museum's annual fundraiser at reFarm Cafe for two years now. The food is phenomenal, the service is outstanding and Duke and Monica are so easy to work with. This year brought us bad weather, but the entire crew was there to help us formulate a plan to pivot and move things indoors. It was another successful event. I highly recommend reFarm for dinner or a special event!

The food was excellent. I recommend a la carte for more flexibility on portions and selection. Ask for Eden as your server. She was so attentive, flexible and just down right fun for our special occasion meal. You can walk the farm. Bring walking shoes and enjoy the beauty of the plants. There are herbs planted all along the sidewalks too. Sit outside for an amazing view of the valley. Sit inside for a watch see of your meal being made in the open kitchen. Try the lavender sorbet for a suble sweet treat. Absolutely amazing experience. If I lived in town I would make this a frequent destination for fresh, high quality, enjoyable meals. This was my 4th or 5th time at ReFarm. I love the location, concept, and menu options. This time around, I'd say the trout and lamb entrees were both spectacular (although the homemade pasta with the lamb was a bit under-salted). The chicken pate appetizer was too strong (IMO), although I loved the naan that came with it, and the shortcake was too dry and salty. I'd still give the whole meal a solid 4.5.

We chose this location for our wedding, and it was perfect! The food, the view and the attentive staff all made our day memorable. We visited a few times before the wedding and have always consistently had great food and service. The food is freshly prepared and everyone raved about it.

If you're looking for a place to hold a bridal shower or similar event, I'd highly recommend RE Farm! I had my bridal shower there and everything from start to finish was fantastic. The team was easy to work with, the food was fantastic, and my bridesmaids had very little to do because of how much the restaurant staff took care of. I also thought everything was very affordable, especially considering how much you get. I worked with Duke and Greg, and they both were incredibly willing to work with me on event details to make it both in my price range and what I wanted the day to look like. The venue is also beautiful and we really didn't need to add very much of our own decor at all. I received a ton of compliments from my guests about how wonderful the shower was and how the food was delicious. Can't recommend highly enough!!!

Went to RE Farm for a cooking class through Penn State. We were encouraged to explore the outdoor area where the chickens are and view the beautiful property before dinner.

The class was instructional and interactive. We were allowed to chop our own vegetables for use in the dishes.

My favorites of the night were this soup with grits (still think about it to this day), and the lamb meatballs.

Duke and his team at ReFarm are next level! They accommodated us for a 30 person wedding and the whole experience from start to finish was flawless. Duke helped us organize and pull off our wedding in 14 days. He made contact with us and sent an itinerary on Super Bowl Sunday with a detailed outline of what to expect and a timeline of events. First class customer service! The waitstaff were attentive and courteous, the chefs served an impeccable 4 course meal and the bar kept us hydrated with a wide variety of beer, liquor and wine. I would highly recommend ReFarm in any scenario whether it be dinner for 2 or a small party like ours.

We love RE Farm! It's great for special occasions if you want to get the pre fix menu but you can also just walk in and order items off of the dinner menu ala carte.

The staff are super friendly and the chefs/bartenders are very experienced.
