Red lobster has definitely changed for the better. Never used to like coming here too risky for how expensive things are but this experience has changed that for me. We took the risk and I’m glad. Many thanks to the new CEO! We dined in. Staff were really nice and our waitress was the best! The biscuits were nice and fresh, warm and soft. The boil bags were absolutely delicious!! I got the original Cajun flavor and it was perfect was not too spicy at all but enough flavor for me! I also tried a whole 2lb lobster for the first time and it was very good. LOTS of meat! The boil bag and 2lb lobster was enough for 2people. The lobster comes with 2 sides as well. I got the hush puppies and they were really good. The Sunset Passion Colada is delicious and Purple Haze by Dre + Snoop was also really good. Loved the sparkles in it and it wasn’t too sweet and I could taste all the flavors. Also tried the Lobster Punch and it was really good more on the sweeter side. We paid $150 for everything and it was totally worth it to me. Boil bags are not cheap to begin with and the lobster was on the pricey side but it was a good first time experience. Would definitely recommend and if they keep it up I’ll be coming back!

I had a wonderful dining experience today! Today, the server and food were phenomenal!! The service can be hit or miss, as can the food. However, for me, it's worth the risk. The food is a bit expensive for my taste, but the portions are very large. I love the rewards program!! If you ever do have any negative experiences and leave feedback, management swiftly responds and resolves the issue. The overall atmosphere is usually very pleasant, upbeat, and a quaint little place to enjoy a quiet meal, depending on the time of day. I love Happy Hour with $5 drinks and $2 off appetizers.

We had a 6:45 reservation and when we arrived at 6:45 there were about 25 people waiting for their table. We checked in and waited for a while. Once we realized that people waited had 6pm reservations and had yet to be seated we decided to leave and went elsewhere. I got a text at 7:50 from Red Lobster saying our table was ready. I can understand you have to wait a little bit when you have a reservation but over an hour is unacceptable.

Don’t waste your money. RL has absolutely gone downhill, atleast in the state college location. There were less than 3 tables here, service was incredibly slow and when the food finally arrived, it was luke warm at best. I also suggest bringing a water bottle with you, bc you will not be getting a drink refill. For over $150 for 4 people, I will never be back .

Got the soup and salad for lunch...got clam chowder with 4 small potatoes squares and a pinch of clam in nothing but runny semi thick broth soup.....never again. I pointed out that my soup didn't have anything really in it and so asked for more potatoes and clam since it was all you can eat.....was given a smaller bowl with even less in it. What exactly did I just for 🤷Definitely sucked all the way around.

Great atmosphere. Our server was excellent. The food was very enjoyable.
went in to pick up takeout, got there maybe 5 mins before it was supposed to be ready. waited half hour so far and im still waiting. pretty sad. if ya cant handle it dont accept take out. turn off 3rd party or increase assigned wait time quoted to customers. waiting an extra half hour is wild....staff all seemed nice though. all i spoke to were kind and competent.
