I just wanted a little sweet treat ): But the mean lady gaslit us and told us that what we ordered didn’t come with toppings even though we paid extra for it and I am mourning this indefinitely

I asked for a blendini with vanilla custard and root beer ice. Before I could even ask for my toppings, they cut me off, charged me, and started serving the next person. They gave me my blendini after waiting approximately 20 minutes, which is fine I guess, even though they weren't busy. I asked for the toppings, and they refused, saying that blendinis dont come with toppings. Total waste of money and a drive all the way out here. Terrible service.

The manager Jesse was so nice and welcoming. I came there at 10 right before they closed and she greeted me and gave me the best ice mango. Thank you Jesse!

The food was great, service was quick, but the parking situation is quite frankly awful. The location can’t do much to change it, but the shared front lot with Champs, as well as narrow lanes to the rear parking lot, leaves a lot of iffy undesirable situations.

Bad customer service and overcharged me a lot.

Not very good customer service and they don't have follow through with the advertising they have on their own window. And only offer select sizes that they want to use even though Rita's has a few different sizes normally.I can get over all that for custard and Italian ice but then they were really rude to my teenage sister and refused to let her pick toppings for her sundae then told her they could only charge 3.52 to her card and she must just not have anymore money which she did have enough on her card. An establishment cannot just charge a certain amount of money if the bank/debit card does not have enough on it . They can only do that with a gift card if that's what's left on it. She gave them cash for the rest but I believe she accidentally typed in 3.52 for the charge on the card and didn't want to charge her card again. When she paid her the rest with cash, she laughed at my sister and said, thought so.

Employees are often rude and seem annoyed that you showed up. The Italian ice is delicious though so I'd say it's worth it

Have had a few negative interactions here. Owner can be very rude, and doesn't follow the standards set by corporate Rita's.Would not recommend unless you're desperate.

Good customer service but can't figure out how to make a gelati to save there lives. Ice cream on the bottom, (not just a drop), icy in the middle and a ice cream on top. Stingy on the ice cream.
