Although there is a long line many days - the staff does a great job of staying on top of it and smiling through. And...when mobile app equipment was down and they had no way of telling people ordering...drinks were put first upon your arrival and free for the inconvenience. Keep up the good work - being across the street from 46K students and 20K employees makes this a very busy Starbucks!
