Just about everytime I come here they don't have half their drinks on the menu. They are the only real starbucks in town and know it's a busy area but don't order enough product. They even told me they were out of iced coffee once. You're a coffee shop? You mean to tell me you're out of coffee and can't just put coffee and ice together in a cup.

I frequent this location as it is close to work and home. Coffee and food is usually great, but occasionally I get the wrong order. My only complaint is that the app often claims my order is ready when it is not, and I end up waiting in store for a few minutes while in a rush to get back to work.

Kid-friendliness: I am able to have my teenager run in and grab our order while I circle the block as parking is scarce.

Waited 20 minutes for my drink while others behind me were served. Told “it’s in the queue,” not “let me work on that now” or “it will be ready in x minutes.” That’s not customer service. Rather than wait longer, I left.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. One lady working there was unhelpful and uncooperative. She told me she was preparing my order, but it turned out she hadn’t even started. Despite being told my order was received, it wasn’t prepared until I spoke to the manager. The store wasn’t busy, yet my order took over 20 minutes, which is far too long. This level of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.

The staff here is nice don’t get me wrong but my boyfriend and I waited 21 minutes for our coffees. There was no one else inside the store and out of 10 workers maybe only 3/4 were working. After the 21 minute wait one of our coffees was not made correctly :)

Update: For Starbucks to reply back to my comment and state to reach out to the help page - I already did… right after that Starbucks dude made that comment to me. The customer service chat rep said there is nothing he can do after he held me up for 20+ minutes. Total waste of time. So don’t fall for it, they aren’t here to help, they are just covering their own a$$.

I haven’t visited this store for a couple months (since the last time they messed my order up). I’m working in the area and GreenBean coffee is in my opposite direction of State College…. So, I decided to bite the bullet and give this place another chance.

Yesterday I ordered a generic grande drink, they completely filled the brim with ice. I was lucky to get 5 sips out of it and that isn’t even exaggerating. I believe they used a venti ice scoop for my grande drink. The ice was filled to the first line at the top… Total waste of $6.

Today (being stupid), I decided to try my luck again and ordered a venti cold brew, light ice, with the new peppermint mocha cold foam…. See picture… I asked the drive-thru worker why my cold foam is not cold foam, but bubbles and filled to that line???. His response and no joke was “sometimes they make it wrong.. sorry about that”… So you charge the customer additional $1.25 knowing it is completely wrong. It’s not his responsibility to inspect every drink, however it is the barista’s job to know when something ain’t right - and does that look right??

I’ll say it time and time again about this place. They half a$$ everything, nor are willing to learn on their mistakes. I’m not asking for an elaborate drink, I order their best sellers. So if they can’t even get that right along with their featured seasonal cold foam, then clearly it is a management issue.

Lastly, look at all the latest reviews - no one is rating this even an average Starbucks. All 1 star reviews. Save the $6-7 and go to another store where they know what they’re doing. Or just go to GreenBean because they get your basic order right.

This specific location is the worst starbucks i have ever been to. and i am an avid starbucks fan. every time i go to this location it is a terrible experience. last time i placed a mobile order, it was said it was ready on my app. i then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for it drink that was not ready. there was no urgency to get anything made and the workers were just standing behind the counter talking. i finally got my order just for them to give me the wrong sandwich. this time, my friends and i mobile again for drive thru. again, our app said the drinks were ready. after waiting 30 mins in the drive through line, the worker says to us “none of ur drinks are ready you are going to have to park and come in and get them.” she gave us attitude and no explanation for anything. the customer service is the worst i have ever experienced in my life. you have a job, get it done. if you can’t, politely give me a valid reason why. She then told us that we can’t pick up more than 2 mobile orders in the drive through. then why does the app exist? we park and go inside just for our drink to be sitting there ready and watered down or cold. no stopper in our hot drinks. they didn’t say a single word to us either. never go here. even if ur life depends on it. chose a better location as ur last meal.

Long waits for what other starbucks places are way faster at making a drink takes half a hour to get a to the window and then they don't even got a drink ready lmao crazy 😂😂😂 plus they messed up all my fams orders like what 😭🤣🤣
