Great location for a quick stop in and go. I will the inner area is nice towards the windows but the central area needs reorganized and doesn't quite work with the flow of the restaurant/café.

Update: after going through all the reviews I can see that this location is really a no-no and lots of people bear the same sentiment about their work ethic and terrible customer service experience ughh. Which makes me feel better about my review. It’s so sad and they should be ashamed of themselves. Definitely never going here again.

I’d give zero stars if I could. You guys MUST fire the gay guy who works at this location. I didn’t catch his name and this is the only way to point him out; nothing against gay people. Anyways he was so rude yesterday to my hubby and I when all we did was ask if the store was closed just because the drive thru was completely dead and we waited at the speaker with no response for about 10 seconds. We got to the first pick up window then paused to check again which is when we finally saw there were in fact people seated and he was talking to a customer possibly. He was incredibly sassy, had a nasty attitude and kept responding like we were bothering him for asking him questions and assuming they had closed. I personally don’t like this location because of him because the last few times we’ve been there they have messed up our orders. This same guy once made my caramel ribbon crunch with half whipped cream on the bottom, then more whipped cream on the top. When I asked why it was filled with that much whipped cream he said in the most sassiest way that is how they’re told to make it. I was upset and got out of there as I hate confrontation. The next time was when my hubby’s grande was filled with ice and about 3 sips of his hazelnut coffee and it was as bitter as black coffee. Like what is the point of working there if they’re gonna do such a horrible job??? Something needs to change and it starts with firing that guy especially. Very terrible experiences which I never have at the other location inside of target. Those girls always have a smile on their faces and make the best tasting drinks so yesterday even after the nasty experience with that guy we drove to target to get my caramel ribbon crunch that I love so much!!! Do better!!!

My sister just went to pick up her usual an ice caramel macchiato… the screwed up her order and then told her she ordered it that way. My sister doesn’t drink regular milk so she orders coconut milk she stated that to the person in the window. They still handed her, her drink and said that isn’t the way she ordered it. Terrible service. I’ll be calling corporate.

The barista Kristen was rude and annoyed that I placed my mobile order a minute before getting in line. Mind you I understand how it could be annoying if it was busy as I used to work for Starbucks but the line was empty. She then proceeded to tell us “since you just placed it like a minute ago it’s gonna take a couple of minutes .” And it wasn’t just the comment alone it was her tone it which she said it. Also when we pulled up , no “hi” or nothing just a rude stare and handed us the drink. Normally don’t like to leave bad reviews but this didn’t sit right with me..

I am not coming back to this location… I am absolutely disgusted. I waited for 20 minutes for a drink that sat on the counter behind the girl. Instead of offering to make a new drink, she put a lid on the one that sat for nearly 20 minutes and just handed it to us… she then apologized, saying that they were “so hectic” (there was not a single car that I could see in the drive through, nor any drinks that she was working on at the moment). I work in the service industry as well, and I feel as though I was treated inappropriately and put last as the customer. I just wanted to get a drink with my friend on one of our very rare days offs together, and instead I was greeted with inconsiderate employees and not the cleanliness atmosphere.

Just about everytime I come here they don't have half their drinks on the menu. They are the only real starbucks in town and know it's a busy area but don't order enough product. They even told me they were out of iced coffee once. You're a coffee shop? You mean to tell me you're out of coffee and can't just put coffee and ice together in a cup.

I frequent this location as it is close to work and home. Coffee and food is usually great, but occasionally I get the wrong order. My only complaint is that the app often claims my order is ready when it is not, and I end up waiting in store for a few minutes while in a rush to get back to work.

Kid-friendliness: I am able to have my teenager run in and grab our order while I circle the block as parking is scarce.

Waited 20 minutes for my drink while others behind me were served. Told “it’s in the queue,” not “let me work on that now” or “it will be ready in x minutes.” That’s not customer service. Rather than wait longer, I left.
