The employee taking my order was sarcastically rude and entirely unhelpful. The witty and sarcastic remarks to otherwise normal questions were unnecessary and hurtful. The drink I got was good but the service completely ruined my experience. Another reminder as to why I’ve avoided starbs in the past and seem to have forgot.

Staff was exceptional! Served 20 people in the short 10 minutes we were there, and continued to be pleasant. The only downside is that Starbucks does not have a card tipping option at this location. Shame on Starbucks, these people deserved it.

This Starbucks location has excellent drinks and excellent service! I really enjoyed my pink drink from here, it was made perfectly and was super refreshing! This is definitely a great Starbucks to run to when you need that pick me up!!

They were extremely moody, they didn't give me extra whipped cream when I paid for it, and they made it decaf when I didn't specify I wanted it like that

Horrible service, we asked for a salted caramel cold brew, told couldn’t make it, lady in front of us ordered it, if she got the last of it fair is fair. My caramel Brulé latte with oat milk was made iced I didn’t ask for it to be iced the default is hot. I assume she assumed because the rest were iced I wanted it that way. We are from out of town and from Harrisburg I frequent our target Starbucks at home and never have had a problem. We definitely will not get Star B’s from this location again. Thank you have a lovely day~

Service was fast and friendly! We moved right through the line and the barista that waited on me helped me decide what to get. (I'm not up to date on the Starbucks lingo) we only waited a couple of minutes for our order and what we got tasted amazing!
