Speak very clearly to the staff at the register and watch the baristas carefully. At least two different locations, my husband caught them prepping my hot chocolate with regular milk instead of oatmilk, and he had them remake it correctly. They always have oatmilk and soymilk, but they either don't always enter the order right or don't pay attention well.

I like that they have plant milk options so you can make many drinks vegan, but I don't like that there is an upcharge for the plant based milks. I'm also super disappointed that the pumpkin spice lattes aren't vegan and can't be made vegan because the flavoring itself isn't vegan. The vegan-as-is fall drink special, the Apple Crisp Oat milk Macchiato, is pretty good, though. I also wish that there were some vegan baked goods

The restaurant was very clean and the drinks we ordered were made perfectly. Everything tasted great including the bakery goods. The bathrooms though were super dirty and needed a cleaning very badly. We also were the only ones that had placed orders inside and after using the restroom we were still waiting for our drinks because they were all only worried about making the drinks for the drive thru.

This is a typical starbucks near the University. The seating was limited due to the pandemic but we didn't encounter any issues. The hot & cold drinks were fine as well.

This is the first Starbucks I have seen in a Giant. They had very good service and were quite friendly. My wife had an expresso drink and I got a regular coffee. Both of us were happy.

Normally I don't write reviews of individual random Starbucks locations. But I made the mistake of stopping here in a time of caffeine-withdrawal mini-crisis. It's within the Giant but it has the full facade of a normal Starbucks, so in theory it is legit. I got a simple grande (16 oz) drip coffee with no additions... $2.60. This is just absurd. The same quality can be found with 10 cents of Folgers ground coffee at home or a 35 cent K-cup for convenience. So what does the extra $2.25 go to? This is central PA, not D.C. or LA or NYC. There is nothing glamorous here. It's a grocery store with slow service, no real indoor seating, and no drive through! I should have gone to the gas station just down the street for half the price. Ugh.

I like Dunkin' more but Starbucks is more reliable.. for the coffee and the hours. Can get real busy during class breaks.

I love that I can get my lattes and matcha drinks with plant milks!! They put my drinks in my reusable cup too!!!
What an awesome group of people!! They are so kind and welcoming to me! I work in the HUB and seeing them during the day makes me smile! They always make my drinks just the way I want and suggest new drinks to try! Dave is a great manager and he provides fabulous customer service!!

I have been going to this business for over 4 years now, ordering the same drink everyday. Today, I was charged 6.30 for my beverage, in comparison to 5.85. The manager proceeded to tell me that this is the price I have always paid, implying I'm incompetent or stupid. I looked up my receipt history, approached him again and told him that that was not the price I have been paying. He got hostile really quick and turned his machine to me to show me how he was ringing it up. He
