Terrible customer service. My friend and i visited PSU for the football game and we chose to stop for a sub real quick. The worker told us multiple times “he doesn’t like stupid people” when all we did was ask for some mayo on the side…he said he didn’t have any lids but we said it was fine….he ended up kicking us out all over some mayo after he told us multiple times he will make may more money than us all our lives, that we are low life’s, etc so we sat outside in the pouring rain and ate our food real quick.

Currently the best subway in state college. They are quieter, and thus able to do a better job. they also are friendlier and able to give me what I ask for, rather than what they want to give me. I now tend to choose them over the walmarts ones, the cato park one, and the south atherton one. Turns out, there are three owners in state college, and this one is owned with the one near campus on College.

Usually like eating here, but had a horrible experience last time. A seemingly disgruntled employee spent the entire time I was there commenting his frustrations about other customers aloud and with profanities. I felt uncomfortable and was even more disappointed when I got my sandwich (I thought the mayo, lettuce, etc went inside the bread...). Very rude service and unfortunate, expensive food. Have a little more pride, Subway.

Quick in and out. Limited parking around the building, but it's not usually very busy.

This is your standard Subway experience...they run the normal national promotions and didn't have any weird rules that some Subway's in college towns have. The Italian Herb and Cheese was fresh and the toppings were as well. Nothing bad and no reason to expect any less than your typical Subway experience.

This location rarely has Chicken Noodle soup anymore. Employee mentioned to me on multiple occasions that the Chicken Noodle soup is the only one that sells, while others just get thrown out. Owner still insists on trying to push others that don't sell. Clueless about supply and demand. Employee mentioned they were going to start carrying chili "tomorrow". Next day: no such thing. Another day later, and chili is on the sign with a price listed. Asked for chili and they apologized, even though they have a sign for it, they didn't have it. Next day still no chili. Gave up on chili. It's a sad, cold day outside... and inside this Subway. Called to ask what soup they had one day: they answered the phone and my question. Next day, called to ask what soup they had: phone was never answered. Called multiple times between 11:00 am and 11:30 am, never picked up the phone. Phone calls go to voicemail. Voicemail is full. Finally got through at 11:45 am, and indeed they were busy. They had Chicken Soup today. Ordered two, and as usual the girl who's always there to help me remembers how I liked it: "more stuff than broth". She's friendly and puts on a smile even when she's stressed. The fog lifted this day as the sun appeared directly above, and all was right in the world once again. Nom nom.
