I went to order a Meatball sub and asked to substitute the mozzarella cheese with American slices ... The older gentleman told me I couldn't change it it's already on the sandwich... then gave the cheese to a gentleman working that was eating in the lobby .. then proceeded to throw bacon on my sandwich.... I never once asked for bacon ... I told him I didn't want bacon and said your food is not visible due to a giant silver covering the window view. I told him I cannot see the sandwich. He then told me "that's not my problem" so I told him he was disrespectful and left without purchasing my food. Very rude service. I was the only customer in the store.

We were the only customers waiting in the store. Our order had been ready but the employees did not call our name nor let us know. After a couple of minutes, I approached the counter to ask about our order and get it, but the employee was not friendly and polite at all. The restroom was also very nasty, the toilet was clogged and full of paper towels inside. Very disappointed by this branch.

PUT ABSOLUTELY NO MEAT IN MY STEAK AND CHEESE. SHOVED IT ALL IN THE CREASE OF THE BREAD! I PAID 7$ FOR LETTUCE AND MAYO. I WAS LIVID! CHEAP COMPANY TRYING TO PROFIT BY SHORTING MEAT. ALSO THE OATMEAL COOKIES LOOKED UNDERCOOKED. NOT COMING BACK. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Everyone makes mistakes but today the subway employee completed an order before doing the work. It sucks because now we have to wait again. Also it is the day before Thanksgiving and the place is busy. Management only scheduled one worker.

For a healthy change of pace, I stopped by Subway in the Northland Mall. The sandwiches are always made to order. I paid for them and headed home to enjoy a delicious meal.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Subway had been my goto convenience meal for years. My favorite of all in the franchise is in Northland Shopping Center. A young lady works there who is an absolute gem! She is pleasant, personable, and perfect every time. I can count on getting a satisfying, nutritious sandwich, and l have NEVER been disappointed. I am always amazed with how proficient she is and she can actually make my order, including all the goodies l like to pile on, from memory. I can always count on her making my visit to this store a pleasant experience.

They got me a wrong delivery order and whoever got the call was just like oh next time u actually visit here we’ll give u. I asked if they could redeliver it to me but she was just like how can I do that? Like what’s the attitude here? Also She made the deal due for a week as well so I HAVE to visit IN A WEEK to get the free compensation. So so disappointed.

Not a great experience with this location at all. I chose delivery and never got my food delivered. Tried to call the location and they said there was nothing they could do about it, and that I had to call the delivery people for resolution. I called the delivery people and they state that I would see a refund from Subway in 3-5 days. Almost 2 weeks later and still no refund. This Subway site does delivery, this site should be responsible for the redund. I will never use this Subway site again. And yes I have been telling all my friends and co workers about my experience. I ordered for my whole office and am out $45. I will choose another Subway location that is out of my way, before I go to this one.

Just got a BLT Sub from here and the bacon was raw. Also did not have the cheese on it as ordered for pick up. Will not be returning here... Severely disappointed.

Exceptional experience and service. The male who works there is not wearing a mask which urks me a little bit but I don't mind too much. Other than that they do everything well.
