The last four times I’ve gone here they’ve either messed up my order or forgotten something. I understand things happen and mistakes happen but four times in a row is more times than I should’ve gone back. So ridiculous.

Been here many times, they're pretty consistent in a good way. They do you worse on deliveries, short handing you on fries but otherwise the food and staff are good

Everything was broken, hair in my food, forgotten entire and partial orders, floors were as sticky as a guys bathroom just in the lobby, leaking fountain machine, bad customer service, others waiting on their food for 30 minutes and stood inside without the workers asking what was wrong as the family tried to get their attention.

Drive through was horrible. We forgot one taco on the order. He would not let us add it on at the window. Or make another order. There were no cars behind us. Sitting forever waiting for our order. Kept trying to get there attention to say we were going to pull back around and order our one taco. The guy was just rude and didnt even try anything at customer service.

After waiting for an hour I asked a worker for my order and they pulled it out from under their hat!!!! and then when I reached to grab it they pulled it away and said, "not yet!"
I gave this place 5 stars because of the friendly customer service. They actually missed part of our order thru the drive thru so I had to come in. That was inconvenient but they were very friendly and made my missing taco quickly. Gave me a couple coupons to but since I don’t live in the area that didn’t help any.

Came through today. Made our order through drive thru, pulled up, and payed. While in line still we had to remind the girl that we had two drinks. Waited on the drink she hands out our bag. Now mind you when ordering they asked what kind of sauce if any at all. She confirmed and repeated the order back so was very concerned. We get close to our destination and see that there is still a missing part of our order. Had to drive back. Went back through drive thru again and said xyz was missing as well. She tells us to pull up and we do. We wait 23 minutes exactly until we are giving the rest of our order. My mistake was not getting a receipt so I'm not exactly sure the store number. I understand being short-staffed. I understand there's lunch hours but when it's only three pieces of food with two drinks that should have never happened. They didn't offer a coupon they didn't say I am sorry. When I asked for the store number she gave me a flyer with just a phone number. Very disappointed in the service. Very disappointed in the customer care.
