Every time I go to this taco bell they mess up my food. I’m lactose intolerant and can’t eat cheese so I order my tacos with “no cheese”. Every single time there is cheese packed onto my taco and melted into the meat. It’s beyond frustrating because this happens EVERY TIME I go to this specific taco bell. I’ve worked in food services before, it’s really not that hard to just not put cheese on an order that says “NO CHEDDAR CHEESE”

Tried picking up a DoorDash. They locked the doors and I had to wait 45 minutes for something that I could’ve picked up in 3 seconds. I called and they literally only had 1 person in the kitchen making food. Drive thru line was literally 30 cars long. Hire more line workers

Tacobell has the store pickup hours up to 4 am but The store locks doors at 11. Drive through is a mess, 30 minute + wait and then our order isn't in their system and go back and order again. The quality was depreciated rapidly over The year.

Power has been out for 3 days. Went there for a quick dinner. Kiosks were down, but the last people who had ordered at the counter were waiting for their food as were a number of other people. So I walked up to the counter and a lady in the cooking area said someone would be right with me to which whatever kid was cooking abruptly replied “we aren’t taking any more inside orders.” Which was immediately met by a bewildered look from the nice lady. She apologized repeatedly. For the other kid. Hey dude sorry people having power out and needing to go out to eat and making the night busier than usual inconveniences you. College Buffet gladly took my money. Note I didn’t rate the food or atmosphere because I didn’t get to experience it. Also there were no signs of any kind saying indoor ordering was closed. He just arbitrarily decided it was

The last four times I’ve gone here they’ve either messed up my order or forgotten something. I understand things happen and mistakes happen but four times in a row is more times than I should’ve gone back. So ridiculous.

Been here many times, they're pretty consistent in a good way. They do you worse on deliveries, short handing you on fries but otherwise the food and staff are good

Everything was broken, hair in my food, forgotten entire and partial orders, floors were as sticky as a guys bathroom just in the lobby, leaking fountain machine, bad customer service, others waiting on their food for 30 minutes and stood inside without the workers asking what was wrong as the family tried to get their attention.
Drive through was horrible. We forgot one taco on the order. He would not let us add it on at the window. Or make another order. There were no cars behind us. Sitting forever waiting for our order. Kept trying to get there attention to say we were going to pull back around and order our one taco. The guy was just rude and didnt even try anything at customer service.
