The broccoli wasn't very good, very sour and overcooked. But they replaced it free of charge when asked with rice. I think the steak was a little too peppery for my taste and I wish I was told that th onion dipping was so spicy.
Ordered a steak dish and a chicken dish, both came a tad under-done relative to the order, one moreso. The server and manager were both extremely receptive to complaints regarding the above, and made sure that the situation was more than rectified. I typically expect more resistance at other restaurants in responding to issues, and also expect less effort in trying to remedy the situation. Five stars for the manager's and server's conduct. Will eat here again.
Doug was our server, so sweet. We love him! Very attentive. There was a small mistake, we didn't mind or notice but the manager came to fix it right away. Honestly they were both so sweet. Love them😌
