Great bar atmosphere HOWEVER, the owners (Zangrellis?) are horrible, the management even worse. I heard cooks talking about the kitchen being so dirty that they'd be walking ON TOP of trash. This is the epitome of Kitchen Nightmares.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Game day this Saturday was horrible service. It took us 30 minutes to get our drinks. We had our appetizer with no drinks the whole time! We had to call over 2 different waitresses because we never saw ours! Finally we complained to the manager! Never again!

This was my favorite restaurant when I was a student at Penn State, so I took the kids after the game today. I’m not sure what happened, but the staff was under-trained and overwhelmed. We waited for a very long time for service, water, food, etc. When the food finally arrived we could tell it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. Chicken was burnt but we were afraid to send it back. Sorry to see the place struggling.

I loved this place. The manager was a very nice young man who tried very hard to introduce me to the many hop beers they had on tap. While I am not a fan, it was very impressive the efforts put forth to try to impress. The food was awesome and the service was amazing. This place is a must for those dropping the kids off to school.

Moderately busy for a Friday night. Sat at the bar. Drinks sat there empty for 20 mins or more before getting served. Ordered a quesadilla and wings for starter, cuban sandwich and macaroni&cheese for meal to split. 30 mins later quesadilla was forgotten. Wings and entrees were cold. Pork in the Cuban tasted like an old leather boot. The macaroni was just that. Macaroni noodles with parmesan cheese. Still cold. Have never sent anything back until now. Just hope the wait and kitchen staff are new and learning, not incompetent.

Don't bother. Also the whole block is going to be torn down and replaced. Can't happen soon enough. They gave up already. Terrible service, didn't have the beer we ordered, wouldn't give us the same discount special on the alternative the suggested. Food took forever, they forgot my mother in-laws salad like quite a few reviews said happens. Just disapointing. Been here like a hundred times. Sad.
