Wow! What an unexpected surprise in the middle of Pennsylvania. I was a little hungry and thought about stopping to Google search for breakfast place. But, then I thought, just send that desire out there and let something appear. I turned the corner and there was the Naked Egg cafe. I received a friendly greeting when I entered. I had two eggs over medium, homemade hash, which was excellent, fresh side of fruit, which was exactly that: strawberries, banana, blueberries, and pineapple.
Do yourself a favor and enjoy this place and its food. It reinforced my plan to drive from Troy, New York to St. Louis, Missouri as much as I can on a two-lane highway.

I'm usually not one for spicy food. However I wanted something different. I had the hash bowl. Very little spice to it and the sour cream and guacamole was very good with the dish. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The price was very worth it. The menu has a good variety. I will be returning to try the different foods
Parking: In my opinion the parking lot needs to be bigger but I don't think that's feasible due to the surrounding houses.

Awesome little cafe. Biscuits and gravy is my go-to there. They have always been busy when I’ve gone, and you still get great service.

Service was not very good. Waited 30 mins to even order. I judge a place based off of their French toast. I had gotten their Banana bread French toast it was soggy and cold.. paid more for 4 pieces of bacon then I would a pack of bacon. My individual had gotten steak and eggs it looked like hospital food but he enjoyed it so that's all that mattered. Their pos system was down so maybe I'll give it a second try. But this was a terrible first impression .

Stopped here on my way home from the lake. Wow. What a nice surprise! A clean, friendly atmosphere. Ordered the Cali cheese steak.. Beyond good. Cole slaw for a side a perfect sidekick for my sandwich. Great fill flavor.
It was early afternoon. Not busy but plenty of people here. Service was fast. Food was great. Two thumbs up ????
I have been coming to the naked egg since they opened. My parents cabin is a 30 minute drive from here, so twice a year we have a delicious breakfast, which is thoroughly enjoyed per not having electricity/ running water all weekend. I have noticed that every time I come here it gets dirtier and dirtier. This year I cringed as I reached for the chair and the bathroom light switches door knobs. I'm not a clean freak but it's a bit concerning. I would suggest they closed down for a day and hire professional cleaners to come in and pressure wash the bathrooms and deep clean the furniture or just replace it. There's my two cents. I'll be back later in the summer! Food is GOOD and the staff is helpful and very friendly.
Kid-friendliness: Hot chocolate, waffles with whipped topping. What else could a kid need?

Had some delicious bacon here! The poached eggs on the eggs florentine was disappointing, as the eggs were cooked through. My husband loved his fried eggs, though!

A gem in Happy Valley.Great food with more than just the regular menu. The only thing that would make it better would be making it a little bigger!

An instant favorite breakfast spot for us. The food and service are both very good and the prices are reasonable. They're also good about food allergies, which is always appreciated. The only downside is that the wait can be a little long on weekends, so plan accordingly.
