An interesting one. The food was very good and I don't have any complaints about the flavor. The drink selection was also very interesting, but in a good way. Good specials it appears. Service was a tad bit off putting, but nothing lower than like a 4. Still okay. My major complaint is reslly just the price, feels like it's too much for breakfast.
The Naked Egg is the best stop while on your way in or out of State College.
We loved our breakfast and will make a trip just to stop for this. Our service was great and the prices are fair.
Really nice little diner-esque place. Food is good, and service is great. Was very happy, and felt like things were fairly priced aside from the juices.
I will say, the place could use some building/furniture improvements. The booth seats are really quite uncomfortable, they're very springy and lumpy- just showing their age.
Great spot for breakfast or brunch! It gets very busy on the weekends, but when I’ve visited on weekday mornings I haven’t had to wait.
Our family loved it! Excellent breakfast food and the blackberry latte special was great. 10/10.
Was here years ago and it was delicious! Returned today, the veggies in the omelet were not fully cooked, and there was a “6 egg charge” for 2 omelets that were outside of the omelet prices. That should be included within the price of the meal. Our server was nice enough
The food here never disappoints—every dish bursts with amazing flavors, and the variety of choices ensures there's something for everyone. However, the interior could use some much-needed attention. The booths are noticeably saggy, with visible springs making them quite uncomfortable. The paint is in need of a refresh, and certain details, like the back of the ladies' room door, could be cleaner. Ceiling tiles outside the kitchen appear blackened, and the tables have lost their finish over the years. Additionally, the chairs are outdated and faded, adding to the sense that the space could benefit from an upgrade. Despite these aesthetic concerns, the quality of the food keeps me coming back. A little renovation would truly elevate the dining experience!
Wow! What an unexpected surprise in the middle of Pennsylvania. I was a little hungry and thought about stopping to Google search for breakfast place. But, then I thought, just send that desire out there and let something appear. I turned the corner and there was the Naked Egg cafe. I received a friendly greeting when I entered. I had two eggs over medium, homemade hash, which was excellent, fresh side of fruit, which was exactly that: strawberries, banana, blueberries, and pineapple.
Do yourself a favor and enjoy this place and its food. It reinforced my plan to drive from Troy, New York to St. Louis, Missouri as much as I can on a two-lane highway.

I'm usually not one for spicy food. However I wanted something different. I had the hash bowl. Very little spice to it and the sour cream and guacamole was very good with the dish. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The price was very worth it. The menu has a good variety. I will be returning to try the different foods
Parking: In my opinion the parking lot needs to be bigger but I don't think that's feasible due to the surrounding houses.

Awesome little cafe. Biscuits and gravy is my go-to there. They have always been busy when I’ve gone, and you still get great service.

Service was not very good. Waited 30 mins to even order. I judge a place based off of their French toast. I had gotten their Banana bread French toast it was soggy and cold.. paid more for 4 pieces of bacon then I would a pack of bacon. My individual had gotten steak and eggs it looked like hospital food but he enjoyed it so that's all that mattered. Their pos system was down so maybe I'll give it a second try. But this was a terrible first impression .

Stopped here on my way home from the lake. Wow. What a nice surprise! A clean, friendly atmosphere. Ordered the Cali cheese steak.. Beyond good. Cole slaw for a side a perfect sidekick for my sandwich. Great fill flavor.
It was early afternoon. Not busy but plenty of people here. Service was fast. Food was great. Two thumbs up ????
