Ville Billy's has amazing food. Highly suggest . Wings and pizza are the best in State College. Wings are crispy and flavorful and pizza is thin and crispy and sauce is amazing. Very friendly staff.
The best pizza I’ve had in a while!! My husband and I both got the daily special of two slices of cheese pizza and a fountain drink for $7 and the slices were huge! Definitely a generous and good deal. Everyone was really friendly and it was a very clean and tidy place. We’ll absolutely be back!
Had the 3-piece chicken combo dinner, with fries and mac and cheese. Had about a 10-20 minute wait, granted it was somewhat busy when I ordered. I certainly feel like I got my money's worth, perhaps I was lucky, but the chicken strips were larger than what I usually would expect. All the food was piping hot. Fries were definitely on the crunchy side, but not terribly so. The mac and cheese was SUBLIME, made with rich and real cheese.
