Oh boy was I excited to go to Wendy’s during my lunch break today. After inflation has hit the country and the Wendy’s 4-for-4 got increased to the 5 dollar biggie bag, I have never been the same. However, today I decided to bite the bullet and pay the extra dollar. In fact, I really treated myself and got the BACON double stack for an extra two dollars. I was so excited. I get back to work and unwrap my burger to see NO BACON. The bacon double stack had no bacon. (See figure 1 below). You can see I clearly got it on my receipt (see figure 2 below). This is blasphemy and heresy. This is not what Trump promised in his new America. I distinctly remember him saying at his recent state of the union that “Uhhhh, Wendy’s is so great. But these damn high prices caused by the liberals are ridiculous. I hereby ensure that you will always receive what you pay for, nothing more, nothing less.”
I expect my money back.

Absolutely terrible service. They missed an item in my order, I went back and the one lady just stared at me the whole 30 minutes I was waiting for my missed item as if she didn’t believe me.
This restaurant is terrible! The food was good but the employees were screaming at each other the whole time I was there. It just made my experience bad. I will go to the one on Atherton street from now on!

Food is served cold. I ordered inside at 12:15 normal lunch rush and they are serving pre-cooked cold patties. The burger was cold. The griddle in the back wasn’t even on. You could see them pulling patties from a little tray. This place has gotten absolutely worst since the new management. During the winter they won’t even turn on the heat for the customers inside. I thought maybe it was bad heating the first couple times, but it has happened way too many times for it not to be their idea of saving money. If I wanted a cold burger, I would of just packed one from home.

Walked in. They wouldn't wait on customers. They carried on conversations amongst themselves. People waiting in line at lunch time. Nobody behind the counter preparing food. Just conversing.

This Wendy’s is by far one of the worst managed Wendy’s I have ever been to. I dined in they don’t take cash will not check you out you must use the kiosk. They took almost 20 minutes to get me my food when I got there I was second in the queue. I had to remind them about my order which was 5 things because I almost left without stuff. They also have no drive through so beware! Go to the Wendy’s on atherton this was so bizarre!!
