Wings Over Happy Valley

We ordered tonight on Uber Eats and our first driver ended up taking our order, but the restaurant was nice enough to remake it for us and our new driver kept us in the loop the whole time, the restaurant even gave us extra drinks and cookies even though it wasn't their fault and it was late at night. Great service all around!

Not happy Walked in on a recommendation the women who took my order was nice and repeated my order back to me to confirm everything.. It was a togo order so when i got home the tenders had the wrong sauce the wings had the wrong sauce plus i had asked then to be well done which the certainly were not..they were soft..i would have returned but it was late and leaving to go home tomorrow..very disappointing waste of my hard earned money

Great experience. Solid amount of chicken in every order. Nice variety of flavors and heat. Staff has been extremely helpful and friendly each time I’ve been in.

Wayne the "manager" so he says he's the manager, was very rude and disrespectful!!! I've ordered from here numerous times, as I'm just passing through town, I'm a flight attendant so this is 1 of the places I look forward to ordering from. He was very unprofessional and hung up on me, WOW That is bad for business, because of him I will never order from here again and word of mouth goes a long way, I will tell as many people as I can, no one likes bad service and there are many people who love and support me!! Never received a refund for a DoorDash order that was canceled less than 5 seconds after the order was placed. DoorDash refunded my fees, but Wings Over had to have seen that my order was immediately canceled! Also, my food is always stone cold when I received it. I'm done with them!

I was waited on by Jessey when I came in for my lunch time order. As I was waiting for my food, I saw Jessey interact with several customers. She did a great job of taking care of orders and thoroughly answering questions that the customers had. She is a great addition to your staff.

DON'T EVER ORDER HERE. It took an hour to recieve my food after ordering in-store, absolutely unacceptable. Gave other people who placed orders after me their food first and I didn't even have a large order. Very slow at preparing orders, don't ever expect your food to be made quickly. Order at least an hour ahead of time and maybe then you'll only have to wait a couple of minutes in store for pickup.Edit: Our food was handed to us cold and the employee just smiled and said "have a good night" with no apology. Seriously, don't ever order here.

I ordered on the Uber Eats app. We got a 12 piece meal and only received 9, and it would be too generous to say we even got half of the fries we ordered. It was not our Uber Eats driver, as our bag was completely closed when we received it.
