Many thanks to Wings Over Happy Valley not only for their outstanding flavorful boneless chicken wings and great choice of sauces to choose from but the generous portions and very good prices make this a must have destination! I met them at the Penn State White Out tailgate and visited there restaurant the very next day for more! Thanks to the entire team at Wings Over Happy Valley.

I was just in to wings over the gentleman that seemed to be managing the place was awesome can say it was the best experience I had in there and have went a lot I didn’t catch his name because they were very busy but he was awesome

Rich variety of sauces/dry rub and plenty of options for wing pack sizes and type. Frequently open and accessible. Solid value for the price. Favorite place for wings in State College.
