Ordered sesame noodles and some grilled skewered meat. Poorest quality I have received from any local Chinese restaurant. Further, delivery was delayed significantly.

We ordered lamb stick, vegetable vermicelli/rice noodle soup, pork rib udon soup, and cold sesame noodles. Everything was really good, especially the soups. Atmosphere, like the flavors, was very Chinese, every other table was Chinese students. Service was pretty quick considering how busy they were.

I walked in and ordered the oil noodles. The woman next to me ordered the exact same thing and got a nearly full bowl which I thought was very odd. I looked at the other people seated in the restaurant. They have gigantic bowls of food as well. My takeout food was less than half full. Also, the meat is very very strange. I’m not sure it’s beef. I decided to do a little test. I got my friend to go ahead inside and order the oil noodles to go. He goes in and get it and comes out. I go ahead in and order the same thing and literally got less than half a bowl, while it was full. Very bizarre. I kind of felt like I was being discriminated against. That’s all I’m gonna say about that.

Hand pulled noodles are out of this world! The serving size used to be much larger, definitely not worth $12 plus tip. Yes, there's a tip line. Add the black vinegar on the table and spicy crunchy oil! They Used to have little takeout cups so you can take their sauces to go, none of that when we went. Delicious but the takeout bowl was literally half full, if that. More like a child serving. I won't visit often if that's the new serving size but everyone should try the noodles.

They really need to update their menu so the description aligns with the product received. The skewers had no mention of being spicy but they were all spicy when it arrived. As someone who cannot tolerate a lot of spice, it was difficult to eat and I wouldn't have ordered the items if I knew they were spicy. In addition it said served with rice and broccoli but there were other vegetables included when the food arrived and hardly any broccoli

I tried the liang pi 凉皮 here a few years ago and just now tried the oil sprinkled noodles 油泼面. Both came in really short for me compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area - the liang pi was watery and didn't have enough vinegar for me. The oil noodles were okay but they didn't really have any discernible chili or garlic, it seemed like it was just black vinegar and soy sauce with oil mixed in. It was just a dull brown color. The first time I went in person and thought the cashier was pretty rude, but the second time I ordered online so they may be long gone.I really wanted to like this place because I thought it was neat to have a place specializing in Xi'An food, but it just doesn't quite hit the mark in my opinion.

It's like losing the face of the word "Xi'an"! It is recommended that the boss stop insulting Xi'an. The food is terrible. Is your Liangpi short of red oil? Only sesame paste? Big plate chicken made into stew? Just salt and no taste at all, are you kidding me? Roujiamo stewed pork will not put soy sauce? A mouthful of pigs?

The food was so yummy and everything went better than expected

Ordering was simple, just used a device. Once order was complete I was handed the food/the food was also placed in a pick up area. The service is good, you just get in and out. Difficult to talk to employees, that’s totally OK. Food itself was good. A bit basic tho, but still good. I’d get food there again. ?

It was authentic but not authentic at the same time- Portions are great, broth is nice. Liangpi noodles are good even though they’re also not exactly authentic (light spicy sauce made with a hint of peanut butter instead of red chili oil). The “soup-filled dumplings” are actually pork buns so the menu could use a quick edit.

I got fatty beef udon. Meat was tender. Broth was refreshing and mellow. Noodles were also very good. Customer service was okay, just some small language issue.
