Good food, quick service, nice owners. Best Mexican food in town.

Only rating it average because my Penn State student loves it. I, on the other hand, don’t like it at all. I got a burrito because it was burrito day and it was seriously so bland. It had no traditional Mexican flavor to it. I ended up breaking it open and just eating the rice because I really only liked the rice, the chicken was super gritty too. Their salsa was also very watery and was just basically chunks of tomatoes with not much flavor in it. The chips all alone were pretty good though. Definitely a favorite of the local college students, but not a place I would want to go back to.

Great food! My daughter talked the place up, so I had high expectations, and it was.even better than I expected!

I ordered a little of everything from this restaurant because I had heard good things. $65 that became $90 for GrubHub. Everything was cold, which I know isn't the restaurant's fault...but the food, I feel, wouldn't have even tasted good warm. The fries were incredibly bland, and tasted like someone dumped pepper unevenly on them. The quesadilla didn't even equal a whole one - maybe half a large burrito shell. The Cali burrito was 97% French fries and a few pieces of steak. Picture attached for reference. Absolutely everything was bland. The best part of this meal was the drink, and maybe the salsa, which was just a small dipping cup of diced tomatoes and a few sprigs of cilantro. The taquitos would have been good without being smothered in queso, which made the taquito soggy and disintegrate in the container. I'll never order from here again. Save your money and go to The Plaza on Atherton. Much better quality, and more authentic, Mexican cuisine. This place is a joke. I'm angry that I wasted the money.

Burritos were 95% fries. That Is one expensive fries burrito.

We were visiting from San Diego, and this was a great surprise—delicious Mexican food in State College! We got tacos on corn and flour tortillas (the picture is with the flour, but we prefer corn). The toppings were a bit different from what we are used to, but it was really well done, fresh, reasonably priced, and great service. I would definitely recommend coming!

The tacos very amazing, full of flavor and a good size portion. The owner is a very nice person and very welcoming. Highly recommend place.

We had the fish tacos and they were literally the BEST fish tacos I have ever had and I order them all over during my travels. These were unique. There was a slightly sweet coleslaw and salsa with corn on top and the fish batter itself was yummy. I am already craving more. Service was fast. You must try this place and get the fish tacos. Next time, I can't wait to try more options.

The burrito was dry and not very flavorful. It fell apart almost instantly and gushed all over everything upon obtaining it. From what I’ve heard this place seems pretty good, and I’m sure the staff works very hard. But my experience was very agitating has made me want to never return. You would get more flavor and quality out of a burrito from Sheetz.

Mouthwatering Deliciousness! We were fortunate enough to try Yallah Taco both times they did a Kitchen Takeover at Shy Bear Brewing and were impressed with the layers of flavor, portion size, and quality of ingredients. Both visits we started off with their loaded nachos with chicken, piled high with toppings and their delicious Yallah sauce! Very filling! We’ve sampled 4 of their tacos with the beef, cauliflower, and grilled shrimp being very good, but the highlight was the fish tacos! These were absolutely delicious and one of the few fish tacos I’ve come across on the east coast that actually live up to the standards of the famed places on the west coast. Everything about these fish tacos was spot on from the tortilla, to the perfectly seasoned/cooked fish, to the toppings! A must have for any fish taco lover. I am anxiously looking forward to trying their new established on College Ave and sampling some of their other dishes! We wouldn’t think twice driving the 40 minutes to SC to eat at Yallah! Highly recommend!
