We arrived and the hostess did not even greet us. I had to interrupt her (after waiting for several minutes while she randomly did other things) to ask to be seated or join wait list. We got sat down and ordered our food and proceeded to wait an hour to get our food. The entire time the server NEVER came back to the table. She finally brought the food and never apologized for the wait or offered any explanation (place was not packed at all). I ordered a skillet with potatoes meat and eggs and cheese. The cheese was processed cheese slice thrown on top of the potatoes not even mixed in or shredded to melt well into the food. The food itself was cold and extremely mediocre. I spent over $40 on food I can make better at home. My wife ordered an omelet and it came out as poor as mine did and not as advertised. I ate some of my food because I was hungry after waiting so long but we finally got up and went to leave. Server never came back to the table, Bill was dropped with the food. I went to pay and the hostess asked how everything was I said terrible. Told her we waited for ever and the food was cold and mediocre. She didn't even apologize but stated it's mother's day so it's busier. Mind you her and the waitress never even said happy mothers day to my wife when we have 2 small kids with us. Where I am from all restaurants do that on special occasions weather mothers day or fathers day or whatever, especially the small town places. I did pay the bill and again the hostess did not apologize or even say thank you for your business. She took the receipt and went to talking with another lady that walked up. This place is absolutely terrible and I will never return. We just moved to the area and thought this place could be good from reviews and such but no thank you. That is not the type of place we want to visit or pay money to eat. Food terrible. Service terrible. Google doesn't allow for less than 1 star.

This was our first visit, and most likely our last. The food was mediocre and the service was awful. She came to take our order, and bring the actual food. But that was it. There was also no other tables, we just seemed to be ignored My kids and myself needed drink refills and my wrap had no ranch in it when it advertised that it did. Also very shocked on the prices. Almost $13 for a wrap and $15 for a chicken cheesesteak. Very disappointed based on the rave reviews.
