They were extremely rude, sarcastic, and judgemental. I did not feel welcome in the store at all. They put more ice than coffee even when you request light ice. It is to the point that you're being charged $6 for a cup of water, not coffee. Asked for extra caramel, got barely any at all. When we were trying to relax in the environment and feel comfortable, they were snarky, blew us off, and sighed at our remarks in an extremely disrespectful manner.

Ordered on the app.I ordered a pineapple refresher it tasted watered down and had no pineapple..when I called I was told pineapple was taken off the app (but they have it)because they are short handed and could not keep up. I don’t want to hear that when I’m paying over $6 for a beverageUNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!?????

Came in, bought a cup of coffee and sat down with my work computer between stops. Hammered out an assortment of different emails using their free WIFI and rolled. No hassles, semi quiet location for the time of the day.

Lost my order first then give me the wrong order went back and they said someone picked it up and then someone else said no they just didn't make the drink. Spent 15 mins waiting. Not a fan of Starbucks or coffee. I was driving DoorDash ?

I’ve been to this SB many times and have had mixed experiences. I usually come to read/work and have a generally fine time getting a decent seat. The issue is the music being too loud and the customer service. The employees when I come in half the time don’t acknowledge me standing at the register, even as they walk by. This has happened on two of my last visits here. One time I went back and got a seat without ordering because over a minute went by with them ignoring me as they walked back and forth in front of me. Even a simple “I’ll be with you in a minute” would be acceptable to me.

This store just opened but has 500 reviews. A store in the smallest town in the smallest state… buying reviews should be illegal. Anyway, the staff is rude and racist. The food is cold and the drinks are watered down. There are so many better local owned coffee shops. Don’t waste your money

The last two times at the drive through the employee shamed me for not ordering ahead far enough- seriously! Half the time there are 20 cars in the drive thru and my drink and food get cold just sitting there.They also do not put any cold foam when you have to pay extra for it, drinks are sloppy and the frappe taste like dishwater. Counters are dirty.Every time there is a promo for half price drinks they make sure it looks like they are out of everything on the menu on the app for order ahead. Just order at the drive thru and they actually do have everything.I am going out of my way to support small business now that drinks are $7 here.

This is a busy little coffee shop but the staff do very well at keeping up with the crowd. We ordered three chestnut praline lattes (two iced, one hot), one iced matcha creme latte, and a hot chocolate. The barista prepared our orders as requested with individual names printed on the cups. Everyone agreed their specific drink was delicious! You can also buy breakfast sandwiches, croissants, muffins, brownies, and cake pops! If you are ordering in-store, give yourself an extra 15-20 min because of how busy this place can get or it is probably best to order ahead on the app or use the drive through.

The people at this location need a serious attitude adjustment... the last 2 times I've been here they have not been friendly.I gave the benefit the first time... everyone has bad days..but this past time I got the same attitude at the drive through as the last time.. just not acceptable for "customer service" Very disappointing.

Stopped here twice while I was visiting. Had an impossible breakfast sandwich with no cheese each time, different drink each time. My order was accurate both times. Food was good. Coffees were good. Barista was super nice at the drive thru. The other day it was bonkers busy so I went inside for order pick up. My items were ready and the pick up was easy (area to grab your items on the side).Vegetarian options: Impossible breakfast sandwich!!I think the only vegan option is toast w avocado spread.
