I’ve been to this SB many times and have had mixed experiences. I usually come to read/work and have a generally fine time getting a decent seat. The issue is the music being too loud and the customer service. The employees when I come in half the time don’t acknowledge me standing at the register, even as they walk by. This is a busy little coffee shop but the staff do very well at keeping up with the crowd. We ordered three chestnut praline lattes (two iced, one hot), one iced matcha creme latte, and a hot chocolate. The barista prepared our orders as requested with individual names printed on the cups.
