A good place to eat in the area. Outdoor seating is available, a dining room and a cozy bar area.

Wow! Not sure how else to explain. First visit ever and I can't wait to return. Diamond was our server and wow does she deserve a round of applause! Wonderful, helpful and over all kind. So many gluten free options which is hard for me when I go out, so tonight to have so many choices besides a salad was great. Got the stuffed shrimp š¤ and boy it did not disappoint! So very full but of course had to try a gluten free dessert. The shortcake bar was amazing. Can't wait to return!

Dinner and wine was good. Dessert was especially good. But what made this special was friendly service and cozy atmosphere.

I visited the Fireside Tavern with my husband for our anniversary. The service, atmosphere and mussels were excellent.
We ordered the fried mozzarella and garlic white wine mussels, both were very good. The mozzarella was fried perfectly and I can't express how much I loved the mussels.
My husband had the french dip, it was loaded with prime rib and the au jus was flavorful. I had the jalapeƱo popper burger, I enjoined the roasted jalapeƱos but felt the cheddar cream cheese was too heavy and took much of it off.
As for drinks, I ordered a specially drink called the Golden Hour which I was not a fan of, it included bourbon and a brown butter wash. Luckily husband liked it, and I tried the vanilla bourbon which was fantastic.
If you try Fireside Tavern get the mussels!

Please go back to the Nacos of yore. The new recipe misses the mark by a long shot. The old recipe was one of our favorites and could be purchased in a half portion. Bring it back the way it was, bring it back the waay iit was!!

We were really looking forward to the French onion soup, but it was so sweet we couldnāt eat it. On top of that, the restaurant was out of several menu items. Two people in our party wanted the pork chops, but since they were unavailable, they ordered the French dips insteadāwhich turned out to be very disappointing.
My sister ordered the specialty salad with strawberries, peaches, and feta, and specifically requested no feta. Unfortunately, her salad arrived loaded with feta. When it was sent back, the replacement looked nothing like the first versionāmore like it had been shredded together, with a few strawberries thrown in and no peaches at all.
Iām gluten-free and had hoped to order the salmon, but that too was unavailable. I ended up with the loaded nachos, which might have been decent if they had used real cheese instead of canned cheese sauce.
The waiter was polite and did credit us for one of the soups, and the atmosphere itself is lovely. Sadly, though, the food quality and lack of available menu items mean we wonāt be returning.

We took our family of 4 there for the first time. Overall the dinner quality was a bit better than I expected. The server had asked If my child would like a roll, we said sure. We noticed a bill for the roll on the $140+ dollar bill. Really? A cheap dinner does not do that. I meet the manger, shook her hand and told her that we had a very good meal but that I thought charge for the child's roll was petty. See didn't care. Now, neither do we. I would never treat my customers like that.

I will begin with stating that we have absolutely loved this restaurant. We have been coming to the restaurant for the past 10 years. We even enjoyed lunch in the tent on the parking lot during Covid. We have raved over this restaurant to everyone suggesting that they visit if they are ever in the area. We decided to take 3 family members for their first visit to Lancaster. It was a total of 6 of us. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. We were so embarrassed. The cheesy fries that we said āare to die forā was an extremely smaller portion and didnāt have the taste we were so used to enjoying. My husband was extremely disappointed that the braised ribs are no longer on the menu. I ordered the stuffed shrimp. It was tasty but not near as good as the previous time. The first time I ordered the strawberry spinach salad with shrimp was perfect. Couldnāt wait to order it again. The next time the spinach was replaced with romaine. Not the same for sure. Had no taste. I understand that the Fireside Tavern has new owners. I sure hope that you will go back to the things that we loved about the old Fireside Tavern.

Wonderful restaurant and a MUST VISIT for everyone! Our server, Diamond, took great care of us. We had plenty to eat and really, start out with the fried mozzarella. Its not those artificial sticks that most restaurants serve you- you know, the ones manufactured with some kind of glue and shredded cardboard for breading. These beauties were mozzarella triangles!! Yeah, outrageous! Freshly cut and breaded in the kitchen to order. The tomato sauce, well, let's just say Gram was in the kitchen stirring the pot that she made that day. Nice and rich, chunky, REAL. The Cesar salad was enough for two, but I ate all of it. My wife went right into the main course. Our main courses, chicken parm for me and my wife had broiled shrimp. Excellent!! Dessert for me was the limongello sorbet and my wife had the flourless chocolate cake. Cleaned our plates all around ; ) Coffee was really nice!
The atmosphere was pleasant and we were never rushed to get done with our meal. The price we paid was very fair and we had no issues with the cost. I will say, please, tip your server well and in cash. It really helps them out for the hard work that they do.
Thanks to the entire staff for a very enjoyable visit.
