Tavern by Spring House Brewing Co. provides a wonderful atmosphere with engaging art on the walls. The hot honey cauliflower and fried pickles remain standout dishes, known for their crispy, non-greasy breading and well-cooked interiors. The Chorizo Chili and Smashburger have also gained popularity among visitors. The staff is commendable, creating a friendly and welcoming environment. The brewery's Commander Salamander beer is a medal-winning sour, and other craft brews like the fruited sour and double IPA are fantastic. The cheesesteak is a really good, hearty, and flavorful shaved ribeye on a fresh hoagie roll. Servers are great and tables were full on trivia night. This local brewery is highly recommended for anyone in the area.
