This place is horrible. We came with a party of 8 and they didn't want to service us. They were claiming kitchen is slow , so hire more people. We are on vacation and will never give them a dime of my money. This place deserves corporate to investigate. I will be writing corporate a nice letter.

I had the smoked jalapeno sausage and Nashville hot chicken combo. Overall the food didn't have a great flavor. Then on top of that the table they say us at was too small to fit 6 people and we could barely get to the seats due to how close the other 2 tables were. It was loud in there we could barely understand each other.
But the server was great she was very attentive and good at her job.

Had an awesome time at Chili’s today! My server Evan was seriously great, it was actually his first day, but you’d never know it. He really did his thing and made sure everything went smooth. Super friendly, attentive, and just made the whole experience better. Shoutout to Evan, keep doing your thing!

I want everyone to consider this email before stepping foot into this establishment. My family and I have been to this chilis before and enjoyed every minute of it, but that was before I noticed a change in this place. I am not sure what has happened in like a year here but this place is completely horrible from the unwelcoming hosts, to the waitress I had who seemed completely clueless. I am not sure if it is mandatory but I remember a nice manager used to come out and ask how everything was. Now, my whole meal was completely cold, and drinks with very limited ice. Waitress suggested to have a manager come out and manager seemed to act like I interupted him. Guy tells me he the gm, but very hostile and got weird vibes from him. He tells me he would have the food remade again, but why would I want to wait EVEN longer once again, for my food to be done. Someone needs to do something about stuff here its bad!!!! Save your money and go ANYWHERE but here really!!! Its a joke, just like the employees!

The worst chili's I've ever been to in my life . Me and family were enjoying a wonderful weekend at great wolf lodge and decided to visit this chili's. We were in the best of spirits that is until we were left to wait for our food for over 30 minute !! Meanwhile people who came in AFTER us were being served! as upset as we were we tried to keep it together, that is until our food came ...everything was cold and our drinks were warm with no ice. We lost it and asked for the manager who gave us a BS excuse that they were understaffed , meanwhile other people who came in later were eating. Needless to say we left without eating there and went to the longhorn restaurant across the street and recieved muuuch better service .Horrible service ! I don't usually give a restaurant bad reviews but I feel i should warn other people before coming here! You been warned!

What about experience!!! Waitress seemed so great.........UNTIL.........our drinks were served with no ice food arrived 35 minutes and was cold. Waitress decided to tell us that they were short staffed yet customers who were seated after us received their food piping hot. Our food should have been just ad hot short staffed or not. So our food was sitting there and our Waitress was busy conversating with other workers, walking by our table, not even the common courtesy to ask if we would like refills of our iceless drinks. Manager wanted to cook our food over again, we decided enough was enough and we left.
It's exactly what you expect when you go to any chilies I feel like there's a great consistency. I typically get the fajitas. They always have good salsa and chips.

Definitely not the best chillis I've been to. The server was friendly but not great at actual serving. It wasn't that busy but still took forever to get food. Tables were so small we couldn't fit everything on the tables, kept having to balance food so it didn't fall on our laps.
