I wish I had a restaurant close to home. My steak was amazing and the sweet potato delicious but that chocolate stampede was bomb. Great staff.

I always order the shrimp basket as an appetizer. I highly recommend trying the Caesar salad and the BBQ wings. My favorite drink is the virgin piña colada. If you ever stop by this place, you won’t be disappointed.

it was a quiet Tuesday lunch. servers were helpful, food was good not great— didn’t blow my mind. just decent. proximity to QCM helps rank it higher

We have only ever ordered take out from here, since it's on my wife's way home from work. Every time, the steaks have been under seasoned and over cooked. We typically order medium rare or medium. The medium rare comes as medium well, and the medium comes as well done with no pink. They are incredibly bland, they taste like no salt is added. The fat is usually either barely rendered or still chewy. Maybe dining is a different experience, but after 3 tries, we'll never be ordering takeout from here again.

my friend and I really enjoyed our food- i had the half rack of ribs w/fries, side salad & soup. She got the parmesean crusted chicken, sweet potato, side salad & soup. I know it's August but it was FREEZING in there!!! I used my walker to get in, which i always do, and it took a bit for them to send a server over because they couldn't figure out what to do with my walker, which is why I knocked it down a star. I'm not really sure about the handicap accessibility because the tables weren't spread apart enough for my walker to get through to get to the restroom unless I moved them out of the way, which I did. so that was unpleasant. the bathrooms were clean.
the best part was Justin our server. love, love, LOVE HIM!!!!!!!!!! if I ever end up going back, I'd request him as my server. he was upbeat, pleasant, always checking in, made sure we were okay. when we got in, I was really dizzy and asked if he had any pickles so the room would stop spinning, he disappeared and was back with pickles before he even took our drink order! he doesn't know it, but I don't produce salt so I was on the verge of needing my emergency injection and he kept me from passing out. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 he needs all the stars, recognition and promotion.

Our server Jalissa* was very attentive, keen to detail, and very sweet. Without her great customer service, it would have received less than 5 stars.

Unfortunately the food took a significant amount of time to arrive to the table. Our server was very apologetic for something that was out of her control which shows signs of accountability and leadership. That's great customer service if you ask me.

My family went for an early dinner and presumed we caught them between shift change and we are understanding of that.

If management would like constructive criticism to improve:

If you are going to use attractive and interesting decor, make sure there isn't visible dust on it, especially above someone's head while dining lol.

The ribs were not grilled and tasted like they were thrown in the oven to cook 15 mins and had barbecue sauce thrown over them. The barbecue sauce gave it taste. Really?! Go to Texas steak house for grilled ribs which are far more better!!!! Highly disappointed; but learned that I will not be going back! HORRIBLE!!!!!

I visit every time I go to GWL. I love the food and the service. The manager is awesome and Armani out server is the best. 👍🏻👍🏻
