I had one of the worst dining experiences of my life! My wife and I were there to celebrate our 27th Wedding Anniversary. We don't get many chances to get out so this was meant to be a special night that we were able to afford. The atmosphere was very noisy and confusing. My problem that night started when I went ahead and ordered one of the most expensive meals on the menu, the Fliet Mignon steak cut. The wait was over 1 hour before we got served our meals. My wife had no issues but I was looking at the steak that they served me and was very confused as what they brought to me was like a very fatty NY cut. I complained and the server kept saying that the Filet cut steaks that they have are all like that. I showed her and her manager the fat the "Filet's" had that I received and neither would agree with me and say it was incorrect. Filet Mignon steaks are the very top prime cut taken from the center of the cuts from a cow. Being from the center there is no fat connected to a Filet Mignon at all. If your servers and manager do not know this then they need to be educated and shown what the cuts of steak are supposed to look like!

The worst service ever, me and my family went there we just getting out from the water park, we don't look like too good, our waitress was so racist we ask for some drinks and appetizer to start, we get the appetizer first I have to ask for the drinks again, he bring the drinks but not mine, we order the food, we received the food and he never stop to ask how is everything was, my food was a disaster, it was overcooked, I call him for refill the drinks and he never give it to us, I have to call the manager to explain and ask for the bill, the waitress never apologize for anything, it's sad because we always visit these restaurants. At the end of the day you never know who is who.

I tip my waitress more then I was supposed to the way she took care of me and my wife was extremely excellent I didn't have to ask for anything it was like she was thinking what I needed I told her it was my anniversary and she gave us a free dessert I tell u the food was also excellent I would go back time and time again I want to say thank u so much for treating us so special I wish I knew your name so I can post it but thanks again best experience ever

Overall the experience was decent. The food was ok. i will say that the burger was one of the best that Ive had in a while. the stuffed mushrooms were good.

They sat us at the table and forgot about us. They weren't even all that busy. Last time I was here the food was good. I wish the service was as good

i guess we like to seat people for 10 minutes and leave them ignored on a Wednesday night! very rude and my first time ever being ignored like that at a restaurant!! Left and decided to go to Chilis where we were immediately met with way warmer service. just because you hate your job doesn't mean you take it out on your customers lol.

I wish I could give this LongHorn Steakhouse location a zero. My family of seven waited over 30 minutes, only to be seated at a table meant for six. When we asked where the 7th person would sit, they added a chair by the bathroom entrance. This extra seat blocked the walkway and access to the restroom, creating an uncomfortable and inconvenient arrangement.

To make matters worse, I am 8 months pregnant and needed more space to sit comfortably, which the setup did not allow. Our family, being of Hispanic and diverse backgrounds, felt that we were not treated fairly or given the consideration we deserved.

This experience was frustrating and disappointing. LongHorn needs to seriously improve their customer service and seating arrangements. Terrible service overall.
