Danielle I. Is a great manager. I go there every other month and she remembers my order and is very delightful. Definitely recommend this store in the mall. Very good pretzels.

-its bad enough you guys got rid of 3 pretzel flavors and now the general food quality has gone down. we don't want to hear a bunch of excuses. 5+ years the damn pretzels burnt! if the food is hard to cook, why sell it? change the recipe. also not sure why this location will only let you order the huge buckets or pretzels on the app and nothing else. apps are suppose to be for convenience-

I have never had an issue with their pretzels until this location selling them with almonds. I proceeded to ask if they are cross contaminated in the making of the pretzels and was told each flavor is dunked in the same butter. The seller had already charged my card and refused to refund me. Had to just throw it in the trash wasting my money because I am deathly allergic to tree nuts. Be careful tree nut friends. Do not go here. Rude kids work there.

The food and customer service is really good, I had the pleasure of being served by Angie, she does an amazing work there would come again!
Kid-friendliness: Everyone working their had a smile on and looked like they genuinly had a connection with one another.
I ordered sugar pretzel nuggets and the girl told me they had no more and asked if I would like to wait. I said yes and sat down on the bench in front of the store. A line proceeded to form after I had been sitting. I was sitting for at least 15 minutes waiting. I can see she puts the cups of the nuggets in the display thing and I had to go up and ask if they are ready. I go to pay and she proceeds to make me wait in line behind EVERYONE after I had already been waiting for 15 minutes. And then asks me if I had been waiting at all. The costumer service was terrible and I'm not going back. In my experience of customer service you always serve the costumer that has been waiting the longest.

Amazing staff and the best pretzels and goodie’s this is the best Auntie Anne’s I’ve been to ever and I have been to a few in different states, airports, malls etc. You get the same quality every time no matter who’s working or what day or time you show up. Most other places serve hard tasteless products and have poor customer service

Honestly this is my third time getting the mini dogs and every time i do they’re so burnt. It’s so disappointing because i get them for my toddlers on the go whenever we visit the mall.

Nice place to stop for a quick snack. Love the baby hotdogs, and the mango smoothies. Nice if you just need a quick bite. They also carry pretzels, pizza bites and other treats.

Was there yesterday and to begin with the customer service was really terrible. No greeting and not a smile from anyone behind the counter. There were no pretzels made except for the nuggets and when asked how long to make them was told at least 2 hr wait. Totally ridiculous. They said orders over the phone only to get faster service. Every time we go there, there are never any pretzels made and if any in the case maybe one that looks old and dried out. Service sucked and the girls are lazy!! Do not think we will ever go back there again. also non of the staff had mask on or gloves to handle the food...Totally unprofessional and safe during this virus
