Honestly this is my third time getting the mini dogs and every time i do they’re so burnt. It’s so disappointing because i get them for my toddlers on the go whenever we visit the mall.

Nice place to stop for a quick snack. Love the baby hotdogs, and the mango smoothies. Nice if you just need a quick bite. They also carry pretzels, pizza bites and other treats.

Today I had the best customer service with Danny and Sam they are so kind and so helpful everything I asked for and needed they Catered to in detail. And the pretzel they made me was so fresh and so soft it was so amazing to see them behind the counter hand making everything. so you know it’s fresh!. Great service and postive Atmosphere. Thanks ladies!!!

Was there yesterday and to begin with the customer service was really terrible. No greeting and not a smile from anyone behind the counter. There were no pretzels made except for the nuggets and when asked how long to make them was told at least 2 hr wait. Totally ridiculous. They said orders over the phone only to get faster service. Every time we go there, there are never any pretzels made and if any in the case maybe one that looks old and dried out. Service sucked and the girls are lazy!! Do not think we will ever go back there again. also non of the staff had mask on or gloves to handle the food...Totally unprofessional and safe during this virus

Their pretzels are fantastic! Soft warn Pretzels or pretzel nuggets with a couple different dipping sauces. My favorite is the brown sugar cinnimon,
They have great pretzels with the option to have the pretzle salted or non-salted, they have a variety of drinks, and they have a variety of ways to get the pretzel. They also have some pther foods you can purchase.

Went here with my son as we usually do, all the little girls working there are all on their phones, rude. And ontop of that they are violating many health codes, like not ensuring or enforcing the employees wear hair nets or visors or have their hair up, so unsanitary, I dont really care if her hair is synthetic or natural, i dont want it in my food. And finally, they forgot one of our pretzels and were so rude when we went back they handed my boyfriend a pretzel with no salt and no bag to put it in. If it wasnt for my son loving the pretzels, I wouldn't spend any money on this 1 star pretzel place, the quality has gone down hill.

Went there this morning with my 2 year old and he wanted a pretzel dog that's on there menu board the girl said that they don't make them till noon now is considered a lunch item I asked her if she can make one for my son and she said she can get in trouble and loss her job really? What are you in business for to sell your products and make people happy or to threaten employees to loss there job is not like you have them made already in this location they make them when you order them so you still have to wait 10 minutes very disappointing,put on the menu board “NOT AVAILABLE TILL NOON “ Run a real business this is very unprofessional and th threaten your staff like that shame on you Auntie Ann's
