“Was driving by with my Wife and decided to stop in. Reminds me of a classic NYC/Jersey deli. The Bagel egg and cheese was amazing!! Also bought a hotdog from the stand outside. Will be back!!“

A great business model with a true sense of running a successful business while serving awesome sandwiches, soups, breakfast 8 am, using fresh ingredients and a kitchen staff eager to prepare great food. One cheesesteak, sauce on side, on a fresh semolina roll, substantial meat, cheesy with nice flavors. The Italian sub, piled high with select Boars Head meats on same seeded roll was so big, it satisfied my hearty appetite. The chili and crab soup were totally delicious, well seasoned and hearty. At $6.99 for 12 ounces (bowl), they both satisfied us as an appetizer or lunch. The soups change daily! It was a delight talking to the owner who takes much pride in the 7 month old deli. I’m happy they landed in this part of the Poconos for residents and travelers to enjoy! We’ll definitely return to try the pizza and a pork Etta sandwich. Open every day but Sunday.“

“I was looking for a cup of coffee when I happened upon Tatra Deli. They were inviting, made a strong cup of coffee, and I picked up a variety of delicious kielbasa and pierogi. I’ll definitely be back with my family! Wish I lived closer.“

“I just stopped at this deli today on my way to a Pizza shop on crystal street. I am so happy I did, I got a bologna and american cheese hero. I don't know if it was Boars Head meat but it was very tasty. Yes I said hero because I thought I was back in Brooklyn in the 70's when you got a full loaf Italian bread sandwich loaded with meat. I didn't even get the stuffed version of the sandwich and it was a lot, not only that the bread was great, I was skeptical of but I was pleasantly surprised it was wonderful. The price was insanely good for the value. Sorry Other big store chain, I will never be buying a sandwich from you again. My only issue is that this is really going to hurt my diet efforts, but we all must make sacrifices.“
