Terrible establishment managers do nothing about it. Rude employees that give customers attitudes and won’t remake food after they have gotten orders done time and time again. Dont waste your money or time because they will just deny fixing your food or drinks. They allow their employees to be disrespectful to costumers.

9:20 am whoever was working at window rude … never have this problem here it’s that one individual that should not be working in customer service as a corporation we as customers look at you as a whole now I’m not putting my money towards that Dunkin now because of one individual that is getting paid out of our money as customers to be rude to us ?? Yea never again
I’m only giving 1 stars for the manager the worker who took my order was rude “like” after me being nice like you do not have to work at Dunkin that is your choice . Rude

Good evening Google family. I visited to get a decaf coffee. I wanted coffee so bad this morning. When I received it, I could have drank the cup, lol. I asked for decaf coffee, large, black with pumpkin flavor. The young lady who delivered it was very efficient and nice. I would definitely patronize this location at a later date. Have a great night, Family, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!

Waited 20 min to get my order. Ordered a hash brown wake up wrap with no sauce - when I got in the car and handed my daughter her food it was just bacon and cheese in a wrap. The girl making the food had no idea what she was doing. Complete chaos
We went in and waited 20 minutes just to place the order, the baristas were focused on the Drive Thru only. The one who attended us had a bad mood, and attitude. At the end they didn’t let us to use the bathroom, telling us it’s closed for customers, but we did see someone use it 5 minutes before.
This establishment is dirty. The walls and chairs need a good wiping down.
Some workers had an attitude. Slow service. The workers on the line were arguing over people’s orders. After waiting 10 minutes for 3 breakfast sandwiches, 2 of them were cold.

This place is the worst, the slowest and can’t make something as simple as a coffee with 2 sugars. Every day my coffee is the same and everyday it’s different no consistency and the slowest service. Not to mention they are always out of something caramel, cups, lids apparently they can’t place inventory orders either.

Well, we all know Dunkin', don't we? Well, I thought I thought I did. The place was okay. It was 9 am and they were already out of a few flavors and not making more. The young lady was not knowledgeable about their inventory and she touched her mouth with her bare hand through the whole conversation. After we ordered 2 frozen coffees she went to the back to make them. We could still see her and thank goodness. The whipped cream spilled over the top and she used her bare fingers to like whisp it away before putting the top on. After she did it she immediately looked at us and we looked back like... yes ma'am... we see you being unsanitary. She then opted to scrape the whipped topping off and do it again. She offered no apology. Now, this is specific to this particular location and while it won't keep me from visiting a dunkin in the future it did leave a pretty bad taste in my mouth.

Their espresso machine has been broken for weeks. They finally fix it and they have no medium iced cups. They tried to give an iced drink in a small hot cup. I asked for a refund so I can go to another dunkin and they acted annoyed and they claimed they could not give a refund. The service at this dunkin has gone down significantly over the last 3 months.

Filthy, slow & LAZY staff!!
They were too busy selecting songs to blast instead of serving the customers.
Ordered inside instead of the drive up. Had to wait ten minutes, and they still screwed up.
The girl behind the counter pretended not to know what we were asking when we asked where our order was. The order had been sitting behind the counter, and no one lets you know that your coffee is ready either.
Skip this place until they hire better staff and they actually clean.
This had to be the best experience I’ve ever had on a Dunkin, drive thru went very smoothly, associates were so polite and well greeted. Food came out quick and prepared with fine attention. Drink was made to perfection, not too watery and not too much syrup. I actually had a chance to speak to the store manager Amanda, she was honestly the best, had a huge smile on her face. I recommend to please stop by this store it’s honestly the best.
