Their espresso machine has been broken for weeks. They finally fix it and they have no medium iced cups. They tried to give an iced drink in a small hot cup. I asked for a refund so I can go to another dunkin and they acted annoyed and they claimed they could not give a refund. The service at this dunkin has gone down significantly over the last 3 months.
Filthy, slow & LAZY staff!!
They were too busy selecting songs to blast instead of serving the customers.
Ordered inside instead of the drive up. Had to wait ten minutes, and they still screwed up.
The girl behind the counter pretended not to know what we were asking when we asked where our order was. The order had been sitting behind the counter, and no one lets you know that your coffee is ready either.
Skip this place until they hire better staff and they actually clean.
This had to be the best experience I’ve ever had on a Dunkin, drive thru went very smoothly, associates were so polite and well greeted. Food came out quick and prepared with fine attention. Drink was made to perfection, not too watery and not too much syrup. I actually had a chance to speak to the store manager Amanda, she was honestly the best, had a huge smile on her face. I recommend to please stop by this store it’s honestly the best.
Place is shot, understaffed, slowest drive thru I’ve ever seen, shady people walkin around, sad a location with so much traffic and potential is run incorrectly.
They're out of many selections of food often
This Dunkin’ Donuts have no customer service. I informed them I wanted a dark croissant and they gave it to me burnt. I have it back and the district manager that’s was there name crystal said she will burn it even more. She allowed the works to call me out my name. The coffee was burnt tasting as well. She also told be if I contact cooperate she get the messages first and she will delete it. I contacted the number posted in drive through serval times and yet haven’t heard anything back. They also gave me cold hash browns when I ask why was they cold I was told by the district manager that’s it’s cold because I ask for them fresh. I really don’t recommend no one go to this location
I guess this Dunkin location DOESN'T SERVER frozen coffee after 6 pm. What ashame. Thank goodness for Bartonville Dunkin location DOES SERVER frozen coffee after 6 pm
I went through the drive through and was waiting to pay and instead of taking my money and giving me my iced coffee she helped someone who had walked in off the street while she made me sit there forever
and she got my order wrong

It's so difficult getting into this parking lot. The entrance is always backed up with drive-through customers.
Besides that, the coffee is always inconsistent. If I order the same thing every day, it will be different every day. Sometimes too sweet, sometimes not sweet enough. Sometimes too much ice, sometimes not enough. Sometimes it's too dark, sometimes it's too light. Again, the same order should be the same every time.
There have also been times that the lobby has been closed mid day because they were short-staffed. You're forced to wait in line in the drive-through just to pick up an online order. And you can't just get in line. You have to leave the parking lot, pull a u-turn somewhere, and return to get in line.

Slow service. More like NO service. Unless you are a drive up customer, you will ignored. Went in for a coffee, walked out with nothing. Just couldn't wait for the dinosaurs that worked there any longer. I was not busy either.

Not sure what has been going on with dunkin lately, every item I've received in recent history from this location has been rough. And I'm not sure what the point of using the app is. Every time I do, the staff miss an item or mess up an item (usually both). Also, I wouldn't recommend using the app to order anything. If they are out of stock, they don't update their system and then refuse to refund you when they can't fulfill your order.

Good service, and most of the time there are no coffee grounds in my cup
Stopped in for coffee. Used the restroom and it was gross. Also every table in the place was dirty. The man that took our order was nice and I'm sure he's not paid enough to clean up the restroom.

Very slow. Do they need more employees? Took 20 mins to get threw the drive thru. Or someone who can better manage their coffee shop? Very concerning.....
