I've been to a lot of Dunkin donuts including this one. However, on this visit I received a caramel macchiato which was better than any that I've received in the past and two breakfast wraps which were made perfectly, which is also something that is unusual. I was very happy with my visit

So disappointed. Went yesterday to pickup a grilled cheese sandwich and a blueberry muffin. I tossed the sandwich in the trash. Cheese was burnt and bread wasn’t toasted! I wanted a blueberry muffin but they were sold out so they had a coffee cake muffin. This morning I thought I’d have it for breakfast and it’s stale. Will never order from this location again

The heavy set girl at the window clearly can’t hear ? on her headset got my order wrong and told me I couldn’t fix my order at the window cause she was too lazy unreal the guy at the window tried to help great customer service please send that girl home

Well where do I start? The Store on 611 in Stroudsburg is atrocious. I went there one Saturday afternoon and after a 10 min wait (no one else in line and the lobby was closed) I was finally able to tell them I placed a mobile order. I pulled around and another wait. I was forced finally given my latte. I pulled away, I tasted my drink and it was cold. Parked and since the lobby was closed I walked back to the window. I waited for the customer being helped to leave. I stepped up and confirmed the answer to the question I was asked (yelled from the window by the staff member while I walking up). I was ignored and another customer drove up. The other customer said they would wait while I was taken care of. The staff ignored me and finished the new customer up. I then blocked the window. They accused me of being rude and looking like a homeless person (no disrespect. I wouldn't move and repeatedly asked for a hot drink. They continued to ignore me. They then started to video me with one of their phones. Ultimately they opened the lobby and told Customers to come there to pick up their order because a crazy person was at the window. This went on for about 20 min. I called the management number on the window and got voicemail. I then gave up and had to go to an event that I was volunteering at. The management team reached out to me and apologized and offered to credit my account for the coffee and they would give me a credit to use at my next visit. I told them to keep it as I would never go to one of their stores again.

When the order is right it good. In the last 2 weeks they have forgotten my donut 4 times. I door dash so they are packing the items and not putting the full order together. My co worker had the same issue today. Items missing. I called and spoke to the manager previously about this issue and he didn’t really seem to care that his employees are not making sure orders are complete. Very disappointed in this location
Food is consistently available, service is fast. What more do you need from a drive through coffee place.
